So, this was this morning. Apparently I've been a couple blocks just off the loop until now. I think I found it this morning though. If I accidentally caught any of you mongers in a pic, I'll remove it. Turns out I needed some new batteries, so a couple of these are kinda fuzzy.

MacJones great candid shots. We have NOTHING even close to that/this in Cincinnati, Ohio.
They would be arrested, booked, jailed, and wrongly sentenced before the ink on the paper work even dried.
It is ACTION like this, that makes me want to drop my vacation money in D. C. I can see monuments any time. I would rather spread good money going after a monument in High Heels and a Mini Skirt, and a Great Shapely Body w/ Big Shapely Legzz. Then I could drop some good money at a nice Hotel, eat at nice place, see the sights by day, pay some sales taxes with shopping, and Party at night.
So D. C. Police lighten up and let the Gurls Work!

Y'all, this was no more than a block or 2 from the same place where I watched the LEO sting operation mid-week. It's all on this page fercryinoutloud. This morning, LEO was pretty sparse. My RTFF research says that it'll be the same tonight/tomorrow AM.
All in all, another good tourist trip to DC. Glad I have a few more nights left to take in more of the sights.

I forgot to update the board on a slim goodie that hit the pavement in purple. OM78. I crushed it this morning. It was all of it. She could take a pounding, but YMMV. I am a professional and get some insider work. She is nice, tight and cute.
It was a slow night after my arrival. I got to chill with my fellow mongers. It is good to see Chyna, Nell and they a new friend. A new white hottie was on the move. She was bootylicious and NICE. I might have to take the plunge. I will keep the board posted.
Time for some sleep. It is like a part time job going to see the SWs. Heck, I was getting dress like I was late for school or an important meeting to get downtown. HAHA.

Bad night on the loop, mongers. I drove by 2 too-good-to-be-true HSWs on 11 and K, right in front of the church. Parked and walked, per OM's advice. Good thing, too. I walked by b/c they were talking to car mongers. A couple drove away, but the 3rd one must have said something wrong b/c uncle LEO showed up in force and took him away, told the girls "get out of here" and they pranced off. These gals were a little on the big side, voluptuous, and wearing shiny red (shorter one) and shiny gold (taller one) skirts. Lots of tattoos. This was about 12.
So, I cruise around and come back by at 12:30. Same thing...a couple mongers drive away b/c the girls like to talk at the windows (pay attention to the street mongering rules!!!) and one got busted. This time I hung around and watched. The girls hung out in a black suburban in between busts. With one LEO. Another was sitting in a construction zone wearing a hardhat and earpiece. The bust-squad, which I became acquainted with later, was 4 LEOs in 2 cars that would screech up from a block away and bust the monger.
So, I hung around to watch again. I talked to the constuction disguised LEO and joked with him. He didn't say much. I talked to the girls who were apparently not LEOs, but doing some sort of restitution work. They denied it, and one flat asked me if "you want to have some sex?" I laughed and said no thanks.
I did manage to run one monger off who was inclined to stay and chat. I told him to keep walking, just keep walking. This probably came back to haunt me later.
Hung around to watch the third bust about 20 minutes later. Guy was walking by and must have asked the girls a few of the wrong questions. This time, LEO corrals me and threatens to arrest me. I laughed it off, but got frisked and told to leave or I'd be considered as obstructing justice. I was not going to be uncooperative, but I couldn't resist telling LEO I didn't think the charge was appropriate for the situation, but I was glad to comply just the same. LEO said basically, "you're in the wrong area and need to get out of here." They tried to have a little fun with me by threatening to arrest me a few times; sheer intimidation and I really knew I wasn't doing anything illegal so I felt pretty safe.
Take home lesson...

I was a little bit rattled when I got to the car. But sometimes the little head takes over even for a few moments.
On the way back to the room, saw one of the beautiful SWs in the area. Light skinned black girl with a beautiful face. I circled around the block. She was going to walk right up to me in the intersection, but a monger in a fancy german car swooped in at the last second. A few minutes ago, "Tiara" wanted to come up for a nightcap, but wanted 2 bills. I declined, but sure am uncomfortable in the groin now.
All this got me to thinking about a new rule...girls strolling are MUCH less likely to be working with LEO than girls standing still on the corner. They must have been miked up or something because they were very chatty with the car mongers.
And forget about all the LEO checks, these gals flat denied it to me and then came right out and propositioned me. Sure it sounds like entrapment, but good luck getting that to come to light with the judge. And by then your name's already in the police blotter.[/QUOTE]

You can touch and LEO or anybody else whereever you want as long as they allow you to. If they really want to bust you a quick tittie squezze ain't gonna deter them besides this tactic of using real people to bust people has been on going There was that infamous case of that snitch that was given money to get full service from a AMP and tesified that he recived full service.
Proboly wouldn't stand up in court but the bust would piss me off.
