They claim to have just been working another city before their raid here. There really are no juicy details because they pulled a cash and dash. Typical two-call system and they are well-organized, obviously having done this before.
Got directions to the hotel, an extended stay right off the interstate. Called when there, got the room number. Girl who opened the door was NOT the one in the pics (first red flag) and had an obvious wig on and looked closer to 40 than the claimed 21. The cigarette smell almost knocked me down... but I was there already, so decided to proceed against my gut feeling telling me to run. I should have listened.
I looked around the suite and there was nothing in it except overflowing ashtrays (she says I cleaned it up for you). Next thing out of her mouth was I just need the cash (!), then we can have fun. Another big red flag - again I should have bailed.
I know better than to ever hand cash directly to a provider (still didn't think she was LE, just indiscreet), so I went to the bathroom (cig butts in the toilet too), peed, and left the donation on the counter. She picked it up while I was washing my hands, and says where's the other 20 for my agent, didn't they tell you it was 225. Yet another red flag. I said no, 200 was it, and she said OK.
THEN she says we have to go in your car to get some condoms, I'm out (this is with 3 hours notice). So I drive her to the corner gas station. While going up there, she claims to have not paid the rent so she has been barred from the premises and needs a room. I said I would not pay for a room. Then she calls her agent who will supposedly come down and straighten it out. She stays in the convenience store for quite a while on the phone, leaving her purse in the car. Her agent insisted on talking to me on the gas station's phone (girl doesn't even have a cell??) and demanded to know why we left the room. Like I said, well-orchestrated.
We get back to the complex and she gets out, this time taking her purse (the final red flag). Of course I never saw her again! I waited about 15 minutes but I knew that was the end of the game.
They drove around the back corner, saw me still there, and sat and watched me (and I watched them back) for about 5 minutes before they decided I wasn't going to make a scene, and they drove away. But I did get their license plate number. They were back up at the corner gas station, so I drove up behind them, smiled and waved, and left a message congratulating them on their skill (and that I had the license number).
