Nice that you found Lady. She was a regular for me but her digits ended up not working after awhile. Guess she lost her phone.

They are all the same company. There are about 20 different names. And yes prostitutes/hookers/providers/escorts/whatever word pleases you does use them, and all the time (same for Ashley Madison). It is one of the reasons I gave up after six months. Yes, I met or emailed with some lonely women, swingers, sugar daddy seekers, and plenty of P4P women that were just using it as cheap advertising. It's quite the system...not only does every single women rarely pay for membership, but then they expect you to pay extra so they can communicate back and forth with you, because they are too cheap to pay for the most basic of memberships.

You may get lucky, but it is slim pickings. It's not all bad, I got to experience my first swinger's meeting down in Tampa because of AFF. Just make sure your golddigger force field is working.

It is a scam, plain and simple. I signed up for the free Fling membership and started getting emails from all sorts of women. Naturally, the only way to respond to them was to buy a membership. As soon as I did that, the emails stopped coming. None of my emails were ever answered either.

I have canceled my membership and I am carefully watching the credit card statements to make sure they do not charge me again as it seems that Fling has a reputation of doing that.

If you do an Internet search, you will find that they have a very, very bad reputation as a scam with lots of unhappy former male customers.

I've tried Plentyoffish, (which is totally free) in the past, with moderate success. That was due to my inability to host and be totally available. However, I have some single friends who fared better. They also have an " intimate encounter " section, if you don't want to beat around the bush.

I used AFF for quite a while a few years back and had quite a bit of success. It's a numbers game though. The more bait you throw out the better chances you have of catching a fish. Good thing about it is that there is no pretense as to why anyone is there.

I took the idea behind a ho-phone in a different direction with great results. I bought a Walmart prepaid, reloadable charge card, with 100 on it.

I used that card for those sites and a few more. When the balance was real close to zero, called Walmart and cancelled the card, avoiding the Walmart 4.95 fee/month. Walmart didn't like it but had to.

AFF tried to auto-bill me on a now defunct charge card and it didn't work.

I recommend doing using a prepaid charge card on ANY website.
