An arrangement can always be made at a lower rate than a typical ppm. Now I'm difficult and I know it and expect an unreasonable performance out of them. I like my PPM at between 2 $-3 $ and I expect them to be as nasty as I desire. I think that is pretty much standard in this game. The problem is when the PPM wants 5 $-6 $ and doesn't want to do the most, which is what is happening right now.

Look at my past reviews the girls often go in and out of sugaring.

It takes me sleeping with about 10-16 girls before I find one I can work with. Then over time get them to do everything and anything I can think up.
