Yeah, the first time someone did it for me I was surprised. Generally I just go with the flow and I'm glad the girl wants to do stuff she thinks turns me on, always grateful for that. He was diagnosed with prostate cancer. You seem to be in the same age group where this diagnosis is plausible. Just say you are scheduled for surgery then radiation. After his treatments, he was in remission, but had permanent ED as a terrible side effect. So no more boom boom for him.

Let's review what the deal is for women. The prime physiological function of nipples is to feed the offspring. Mom needs a reward for that. When baby is dining, it causes the release of oxytocin. This is a hormone that affects cognition and promotes feelings of warmth, attachment, and love. Increases the bond to the kid, so mom stays around to raise it to independence. Some will recognize other things that cause oxytocin release, such as orgasms. And some women breast-feeding get them. There are some really hot videos out on the web of this, I recommend them.

It is intrinsically different for women than men to have nipples stimulated, because we don't have any biological imperative to get a benefit therefrom.
