Probably half the women I talk to are all pulling the same scam. So far, only one has actually given me the selfie I asked for. Now, I only ask it when they ask for money upfront. Most of the SBs don't. We'll see how it all shakes out in a month. Talked to a ton of ladies, have two enthusiastic yes (we'll see) for OC and three in Vegas. All with rates and details confirmed. I really should tamper my expectations, but I'm actually super excited.

My initial message was an apology for clicking the "share request" button without ever talking to her. Added in some nice language, called out some things in her bio, and left it open to her to get back to me.

My general approach is pretty light touch. No idea if it's working, we'll see in a few weeks, but it certainly sounds like I have quite a few M&G candidates and a couple sure things.

If they say they want to be direct and cut to the chase, by all means, that's probably the way to go. Had a few cut right through the chitchat and get to the point. And to your point, they probably are pros or on the verge of being one, not really interested in the SR, just the payout.

Others, are much more focused on the relationship part, and not really looking for the one-off. She kind of strikes me as this type, and that's probably why she didn't get back to you. Obviously, I could be wrong (not like I got anywhere with her past a few messages). I tend to err on the side of caution and only treat them like hookers if that's how they're acting. I've definitely scared off a few real SBs with being too direct or demanding. Live and learn, I guess.
