And the number one rule is repeat visits are generally better with fewer rules (and mostly less expensive) than first visits.

A QV is normally no chit chat, get down to business, and get gone. Some girls even set a timer (if I run into one of those I leave). I used to always book an hour for a first visit, assuming I could negotiate a reasonable (to me) rate.
