Looking at the arrest times, one might conclude that the afternoons, specifically 2-4pm is not a good time to go, based on past performance.

I seriously doubt that there is any kind of pattern. I wouldn't be surprised to hear that LE keeps the place under surveillance for a period of time before the bust. They probably take details, like traffic count, maybe plate numbers, the number of folks working inside. I'm sure the day of the bust they are watching so that they know how many are likely inside.

My preference has always been to go as soon as they open. Not only are the girls at their freshest, but I figure LE would be doing the kind of surveillance OC Amper mentions, and won't want to swing into action until they is more evidence than a half-empty family-size carton of flavour-free condoms.
