Ryan, of the Alexis and Ryan duo, was the first and then it was the girl that was connected to the Charity Bangs drama that was killed. Both of those were early in my mongering days too. BUT, it's not just in the hobby or hobby related. I've also heard a few stories about clients / hobbyists who's been impacted as well.
A personal hobby acquaintance seemed to have fallen to the dark side as well. Late September, I received a call from an ATL provider I've known for years who frequently calls / texts me. We hadn't seen each other for a few months and I sensed that things were going downhill for her this past year. I thought she had a glimmer of hope for a normal life when she got an offer for a really good mainstream job earlier this year that came with a nice "salary". This was PERFECT for her and her young son as she did not have to rely on the hobby and said she would only be part-time just for the fun and some extra funds. But for some odd reason she just was not adapting a normal / everyday civilian lifestyle without the grind and the so-call excitement of the hobby. She called me stating that she wanted to come visit me here in Columbia "during the middle of the week" I then sensed that something was wrong. And when she just popped up in Columbia to see me, I witnessed a major decline in the Super HOT GFE provider that I once adored and referred for years. Her timing was not convenient for me but I went anyway because I knew something was off with her. When I arrived at her room she was barely coherent. I've seen her high on weed before and really had no issue with that. But nothing EVER like this particular time. I sat and talked with her for a while until she faded off. She basically just wondered off to sleep. So, I made sure she was safely tucked in and left. Not responding to any of her calls or texts after that.
I considered her a FRIEND for all these years, but there was absolutely nothing I can do (or cared to get involved in) for her as she's chosen that detour in her life. And I dare to think what's been going on with her lately. Weed is one thing. The hard stuff is a totally different story that I don't care to have anything to do with.
