I looked up the arrest on 9/2 that's no arrest on her.

At least as to local activity, our UTR Anastasia hasn't visited with the uncle since November of last year. Best I can tell, no visits for her since, certainly not as recently as earlier this month.

I've found that when she's not replying to my texts, she's most likely fallen asleep. A phone call with its repeated ringing will usually awaken her. I know, we shouldn't have to do this but it is what it is, so I've just learned to adapt.
