I don't live near Chamb and often find myself, when I am in the area, there either after 9 am or around 2-3 pm-ish. I've cruised up and down and never see any action. I'm mostly looking at the strip where the two car washes are across from each other. Maybe it's the wrong time, maybe I just don't know what I am looking fort, LOL! Found myself out and about again late last night / early early in am. Lots was going on on the Chamb today. Missed out on a couple WSW hanging around marathon this was around 11 p. It's hot hell out during the day. So when they come out it's briefly. The ones with phones usually work off the phone. You got to catch them at night. My last 3 or 4 reports have all taken place after sundown. Your chances get better. Some girls will come out for the lunch crowd and the after work crowd. But summer is when the bold folks like me that hang out to wee hours get rewarded. 10 p to 2 a and like 4 a to 7 a. The times you say you cruising your best bet is try azalea as the girls hang out during day mostly on that end or cruise Richmond highway. Britt ain't the only one with good oral skills out there.

BTW if anybody is trying to catch action before sundown I highly recommend the T street neighborhood. I still always see something there, though not always the most desirable options.
