This is particularly the case now since the statutes were changed this past July. That said, it is easier for a prostitute to get charged with a felony even on a first arrest if the prostitute gets charged with more than one sex crimes offense. That isn't always all that hard to do.

As another posted commented, there are aggravating circumstances under which a first offense can pull a felony charge. It isn't the only circumstance and I underscore that the amended statutes also affect this.

And can rise to a felony after a convicition on the clients record. Always seek good legal advice when arrested.

Forgot to post. I did go check this place out about 3 weeks ago & I was surprised. The massage was very good. Strong. Tons & tons of teasing if you give the signs they want to see (keep the towel on the table when she wants in, gesture, lean, hint, brush up, etc.

So I reached an interesting point where so much teasing occured but she still wouldn't commit to the full HJ. Junior was wide awake & I couldn't hide it especially on flip. She did everything but the actual HJ.

This ad has been running on BP featuring 25-26 year old massage therapist. The 24/7 incall massage was appealing so I called for an appointment. I was told that they were in an apartment. It was actually a run down motel by O'Hare. Paid $.5 for typical asian apt service provided by a 55 year old asian. It was a dissapointing experience and I won't return. A recent poster asked about the possibility of getting charged with a felony on a first arrest. My advice to anyone doing a BYOC move is that you put the condoms somewhere NOT ON YOUR PERSON. If the police raid the establishment upon determining that it is a place of prostitution, and you are caught with a pocket full of condoms, then you can get arrested and charged with "patronizing a prostitute". As of last July, that charge is now a felony.

Not to be too alarmist, though, because if it is a first time offense, you would almost certainly get "deferred prosecution", which is potentially a highly intrusive form of supervision where you would likely have to do stuff like community service and going to "john school" (where you sit and listen to lectures about the evils of prostitution and sex addiction). If you get through the period of "supervision" without any other offenses, then there is no further prosecution. But if you don't clear the period of "supervision", you could then be looking at a felony prosecution.

Just something to think about. As always, never rely upon comments made in this forum for legal advice and always seek the advice of an attorney.

They are given away at schools. Government and social agencies provide them at no cost to stop the spread of STD's. They can be purchased at any pharmacy, gas station, some restaurants and many bars. I have given them to my children with the advice to always carry one. I always have one or two in my wallet. It's hard to swallow I run the risk of being on the wrong side of the law for having condoms on my person. It is understood that if cops find a gross of them in a mp the mp will have a problem. It is hard to believe that an individual has a problem for carrying something that is legal to posses. I'm not saying your wrong, it's just hard to stomach.

But if a massage parlor is raided and they find that the parlor has condoms, then there is reasonable belief that prostitution is ocurring.

I always carry condoms and cash.

I read some previous posts from may about this place, and was curious if there have been any updates to their service. It is located around the corner from xindy. Next to a tattoo shop 2600 halsted.

I have never gone to an mp but was driving past one on chicago ave. And an asian girl was outside on the phone. OMG, I will have to stop in because she was gourgeous and her body was to die for. However, I am thinking she is just put outside to advertise. I haven't seen many remarks about this place, anyone have a review?
