And with one exception the street action in StL is not mostly about high visibility "strolls" in the way some other cities are such as Figueroa in LA, or West Trop in Las Vegas, or 27th Ave in Phoenix. In my experience the SW threads for those cities (where I've spent A LOT of time) and most others DO paint a MUCH more realistic picture of what's happening. But I'm glad at least you didn't get ridiculously attacked like others here who saw the same thing, and also quite sensibly posted the same reasonable questions (for ex. "Member BB2020" in post #8574, followed immediately by three people childishly pissing on him for noticing and asking.).
When I try to imagine the reasons for the peculiar obsession with that particular south city area in this thread, I'm sure simple habit probably enters into it. Along with folks who just don't really know much of the inner city and / or are reluctant to go into some major parts of it. And if you aren't comfortable in places that even the residents on the block describe as "ghetto" then you probably shouldn't, since everybody and their dog will immediately know you are an outsider, regardless of color. Oh yes they will. Everybody there knows who "belongs" on those blocks. It's perfectly reasonable to avoid cruising the streets there, especially if someone is not very experienced with internalizing certain precautions as routine second nature. Even though the SBW areas of Dutchtown & Carondolet are actually among the most risky areas for the frequency of people getting robbed, jacked, or shot, and some working girls there are some of the most heavily pimped by some stupidly desperate dudes.
But mostly, I think the thread's heavy tilt to SBW must be in large part because some dudes are specifically out cruising for white gals only. No matter how nasty looking almost all of those hos are to my eyes; to each his own, if that's what works for ya. If that's what you're particularly seeking, then that really IS the ONLY likely curbside option in this city. In other places they will all be BSWs, not WSW. Especially the time frame as to when and where a Monger can pick up a prostitute. Some parts of the South Broadway Stroll offer a wider range of prostitutes to encounter. If a John or Trick is seemingly having a hard time picking up prostitutes on the South Broadway Stroll. There are maps with directions including times and locations explaining when and where to experience the most effective pickup. If a Monger will just take a little time to research the board they will find where to go and have a better chance. These places along with time restraints include the MLK, East Side and South Broadway strolls. They have been posted by me and other fellow Mongers throughout the many years. Not just once but multiple times.
As far as the St Louis Strolls are concerned, there are two main strolls in the area. The MLK and South Broadway Strolls. With some lightweight hooker action along Grand near the sleazy motels. Also the North Broadway Baden area offer hit or miss action at times. With that being said, the MLK Stroll is a predominantly black prostitute stroll. It's counter part and most popular of the two is the South Broadway Stroll. Since this stroll is predominantly white it tends to bring out Johns and Tricks who exclusively want trashy looking white prostitutes. As critiqued and well stated from the previous report. If a John or Trick finds themselves cruising the South Broadway Stroll all the time, then yes, they are more than likely specifically seeking sexual encounters with white prostitutes. Vice-versa on the MLK Stroll with black prostitutes.
From my experience with the two major STL Strolls there are very few and far between decent looking prostitutes on either one of the two strolls. The white prostitutes on the South Broadway Stroll may seem nasty looking and even ridiculously trashy to some. Which is definitely true. But equally speaking, in reference to the MLK or Inner City Stroll, black prostitutes there are also nasty looking and trashy. At least to me that is.
I'm retired military and have been touring these tired St Louis misserable strolls off and on since 1992. I've toured just about every major city stroll in America except for the Seattle area strolls. Also I've toured a few so called strolls abroad. With that being said I have no fear going into the inner-city and engage with black prostitutes. Especially since I'm black. Furthermore, I tour the MLK Stroll alot on my way to my grandparents old house near St Ferdinand and Marcus. Since they passed 15 years ago, this house has been one of my rentals. During my excursions through various STL inner-city strolls I would say YES trashy scary ugly looking black prostitutes do exist. Most black prostitutes in the STL inner-city look somewhat Pookyish or favor Tyrone Biggums to me. The same goes for trashy white drug addicted prostitutes on the South Broadway Stroll. Also from time to time I have noticed there are a few black prostitutes on South Broadway and on Grand Ave near the Ted Drews that are Transformers (Men In Disguise). So be careful when making your black prostitute selections. Remember, you got to check the neck. LOL!
Intermission and Disclaimer: These are just my opinionated views from what I've witnessed on the strolls through the years. The uptight critical police don't have to get on the defensive side to chime in defensively from what I am expressing. Be cool and relax. LOL!
Philosophically speaking, LOL, the prostitutes on the STL strolls and their beauty are only in the eye of the beholder. If a John or Trick wants a non appealing trashy white prostitute. Whom may be a bit hard on the eyes to view. They should head south and get one. In 2024 St Louis is still cofused, uptight, and divided into black and white. Unfortunately, for the most part, there are only nasty black prostitutes and nasty white prostitutes in the STL area. Unlike Figueroa which offer a more descriptive narrative and visual eye candy to what the stroll is really about. The prostitutes or lizards, as they say on Figueroa, have more cultural diversity and are not just black and white like here in St Louis. Plus they dress the part and are visually more appealing.
Over the years St Louis has had a wide array of inner-city black strolls to choose from. The Sarah Stroll, back then, was my favorite black strolls and was much better than the MLK Stroll today. I remember there was a sleazy hoe house off one of the side streets near Sarah. You could pick up a black prostitute along Sarah St then head over to the sleazy hoe house for pay to play services. As I recollect, there was even a Madame there. Back then I was a youngster in my early twenties hoe mongering around picking up black prostitutes all the time. I also recall some of those black prostitutes even dressing the part.
St Louis has always been an uptight no fun conservative town and this board is representative of the town in which we live. There are a handful of regular Mongers who post on this board who are informative and seem to be having fun. But then there are the uptight critical police who seem to chime in periodically on this board and on other major city boards. From which I have noticed. I have always assumed that this is a soapbox type of forum. An underground social media platform. Anyway, the other day when it was warm. I decided to take a tour of the Metropolitan area to see what was happening. First off I took a few laps of the S Broadway Stroll and didn't see any prostitutes that interest me. But I did notice quite a few prostitutes walking onto S Broadway from the street in between the park and the recycling plant. With all the trashy looking action going on in that area my curiosity guided me to turn onto the street and drive around the small circle. If I recall some years back this particular street went further towards the river and LE would drive around onto the lot and kick you out if you were getting some jaw from a prostitute. I remember LE shining there lights on me and getting kicked out plenty of times. LOL! This is one of the reasons why I don't do car dates anymore. Only hotel room action for me. After making a few laps I didn't see any descent soul stern sexy hot mama black prostitutes to engage with. LOL! At this time it was about 3 pm and I said oh well what the hell and went back home.
At about 2 am I came back out and toured the SBS again. To my amazment it was kicking. Trashy white prostitutes everywhere including two or three trashy black prostitutes also. Over near the bridge on Bates, walking down the hill from the park side, there was Booty Brittany. She had her hair done also. Man let me tell you, every one was in line trying to get a piece of the action! Once she got picked up, which didn't take long, I left and headed over to the north side. This time I headed up Grand to see what was happening.
As I was driving along North Grand in the hood, pasing Mothers Fish on St Louis Ave, I realized that all the ol school Sleazy Grand Motels are closed down. Daaayum I didn't know that. I guess you learn something new everyday. At this time of night there was absolutely nothing out, not even Pooky And The Gang walking around. LOL! I kept driving up North Grand and headed over to North Broadway. Then I drove into the Baden area. It must have been about 3 fifteenish am or so. I drove past the park on the right all the way until I got close to Riverview. This is where to my amazment I saw quite a few selections that were all new to me. White and Black, Young and Old.
There is a VP Service Station on NBway and Riverview. This is where most of the prostitutes were walking around. Two were flagging me down but I didn't pick up either one because I wanted to scope the scene first. After scanning the strip a few minutes, I picked up a 25 ish short white thick one with curly long brown hair wearing jeans. She said her name was Kim. I explained to her I had a room in play and she said ok. She actually stayed for awhile in the room as I didn't bring her back until about 7 am. As we were driving back leaving the room. She mentioned that some of the hookers in that area near the VP Service Station will try to set you up. She went on to say they will try and rob you with their look out handler lurking close by. I said to myself hmmmm 🤔? If I had a dollar for every time a prostitute told me that I'd have a nice stack of loot by now. LOL! All in all I would have to say that there are still prostitutes to pick up in the STL black and white. To each his own and whatever floats your boat.

Late Night Lizard Hunting 🦎
The other day, when it was warm, I was out cruising the S Broadway Stroll at 2 am in the morning. There was alot of action going on. This was the same night when I saw Booty Brittany all dolled up. As I mentioned in my previous report below. In the same area I saw a few black prostitutes. They were walking two and three blocks north of Bates along Pennsylvania and on S Broadway. Actually there was one that looked kinda nice but as I turned onto the street some other monger swooped in from the opposite side and picked her up. So I drove up to the next block and was getting ready to make a right onto S Broadway and saw this one. She said her name was Slim. I said Oookaybee 🙄, I guess that's your real name huh? She said that's the name I go by. Now at this particular time of night It was really dark on that corner. I was trying to check the neck but I couldn't tell if she was one of the MID's or Men In Disguise 😳. LOL! As I was talking to her she asked me what do I want to do? I said well Idunno, you aren't a man are you? At this time she started getting kinda loud and her smiles turned into frowns instantly. She then proceeded to raise up her top to show me her breast. But at that time I said that's ok I'll pass. Sheeeit I didn't know if she was pulling out a gun or not. It was kinda dark and gloomy in that area. So I instantly got breezy like the wind and rolled out! Anyway this is Slim. Maybe one of you all know if she is an MID or not? Sorry but I didn't stay around to find out. LOL! Late Night On The S Broadway Stroll 🦎
Seems as though the night time is right time. The other day before all the rain came in. There was a few prostitutes out at 3 am along S Broadway especially near the Bates area of course.
