Her booking number is 12208707. From the affidavit it looks like she was arrested for being too close to a school while working, the affidavit says this is "agg. Pros." we know its not, but that doesn't mean she can't be charged improperly. I would guess it happens all the time.

As to her disease status, I don't know, but he affidavit doesn't mention one way or the other.
