I do not believe that getting a facial from a salon (behind closed doors) is any less risky than getting a body massage! The store has to have an updated business license and the provider should be certified. Who here has verified the barber license at Super Cuts? Who verifies that the stores license is up to date?? I suggest we all start looking at the spa's license when we go into the lobby. If up to date then it is the spa's risk with LEO and for the provider. Any store that gets shut down has not paid their license or has code violations (providers living in spa. Which most do). Any raid requires a warrant and probable cause for judge to approve the warrant. LEO will try to intimidate. Be respectful of them and simply move along with no comment. Come back another day if they camp out.

Come back another day if they camp out.[/QUOTE]A certain city LEO's, started a task force for this specific industry, when a new establishment opens this task force goes to the surrounding businesses and ask about foot traffic people and yes noise, upon which if many negative comments are involved a confidential informant is sent into the establishment with money that is documented photographed and then compiled with the information from the CI stored, warrants at this time are quite easy based on the information. I do know the research done is also who owns it, license accredited or not working outside the scope of the license, yes I. E. Facial chemically based etc, Yes the legal system has adapted and grown too many parts of the community, technology etc. Now the hard part I must speak is if a store is in question and yes it is being monitored we must look at a couple of things, noise, traffic, has it been chaotic, has there been multiple complaints, To say our city, LEO's, and other officials, don't know what's going on of course that would be a farce but when you weigh and environment or industry versus chaos in the streets, drug abuse, sometimes you might turn a blind eye but other times when it becomes chaotic, they have jobs to do. They may like it some may not at the time because it could be based on chaos, disturbances, elections influx of new communities etc. So to say they need a warrant my bet it's easy to achieve and it wouldn't be based on a license.
