So, they have been charged with "Aggravated Prostitution" and essentially stand accused of soliciting a client while having HIV. Have they been found guilty of Aggravated Prostitution? No. Have we seen medical test results that indicate for a fact

That either of them has HIV? No. Still, they are charged and accused of having it and still working and the burden of proof will be on them to prove that they don't have it or that a mistake was made on the tests or that the test results got mixed up, etc. The burden of proof to prove that they are innocent is on them (not any of us) and it is going to be an uphill battle. I'm not saying a mistake couldn't have been made by LE (as it is certainly possible) or by the medical lab but it still doesn't look good. So, if we want to be technical about it, then we will say that they've been charged with Aggravated Prostitution and are, thus, accused by MPD of having HIV (but not yet found guilty).[/QUOTE]Angie has papers stating she is NOT infected. And Angie has not been arrested or charged with aggravated prostitution. Yet it's been said she's HIV positive. Guilty by so called association for knowing Jayde, who is currently locked up does not constitute HIV positive status. Nice facts but make sure to apply where it does apply. Come to think of it, where's the arrest record on Jayde?

There is one other provider on the north end of town (Pamela K.) that was charged with Aggravated Prostitution but I'm not sure of the current status of her court proceedings (some have said it was dropped but I haven't been able to confirm that). Jayde is still charged with Aggravated Prostitution according to the JSSI website. She was charged on 9/11/12, it is listed as "not disposed" and her court date is 9/27/12. We will have to see how that plays out.

Therefore your numerous usage of the word 'they' conveys Angie who was named exclusively with Jayde. 'They' implies Angie and Jayde, originally. The insertion of a third individual is newer info. Bottom line remains that Angie HAS NOT been charged with aggravated prostitution.

Don't know the girl or the whole story of the charge but you can go to the clerk's website for yourself and see the booking sheet-"affidavit of complaint"

Her booking number is 12208707 . From the affidavit it looks like she was arrested for being too close to a school while working, the affidavit says this is "agg. Pros." we know its not, but that doesn't mean she can't be charged improperly. I would guess it happens all the time.

As to her disease status, I don't know, but he affidavit doesn't mention one way or the other.
