Don't understand what their issue is with me. Been using them before the new idiots took over. Have been a customer for 2+ years.

Honest question guys. Only because I've only done something like this a couple of times and each time it's not what I expected (I thought the first time was bad enough and that was the best so far) .
How do you guys filter out something where you know you're getting the real deal? Like. You answer an ad and who answers is who it's supposed to be.
