Once again! Saying a provider or two having AIDS with no proof is a legal issue that can end up in court. Slander and / or libel is against the law. If it happens that someone gets sued for Defamation from slander and / or libel by posting certain girls have AIDS then one best be ready to back up those claims with solid incontrovertible FACTS. Be aware that Angie is now very aware that she has been accused of carrying AIDS. As for her friend that's also being accused of having AIDS, she is currently locked up. I don't know if maybe the law has expanded the definition of "aggravated prostitution" to include other stuff (Hepatitis, Chlamydia, etc) or not. If so, then it is possible that they don't have HIV but have tested positive for some other STD that can bring the "aggravated" charge. It is worth looking into the law and clarifying it.

(be) For the purposes of this section,"HIV" means the human immunodeficiency virus or any other identified causative agent of acquired immunodeficiency syndrome.
(see) Nothing in this section shall be construed to require that an infection with HIV has occurred in order for a person to have committed aggravated prostitution.
(the) Aggravated prostitution is a Class C felony.

So, they have been charged with "Aggravated Prostitution" and essentially stand accused of soliciting a client while having HIV. Have they been found guilty of Aggravated Prostitution? No. Have we seen medical test results that indicate for a fact that either of them has HIV? No. Still, they are charged and accused of having it and still working and the burden of proof will be on them to prove that they don't have it or that a mistake was made on the tests or that the test results got mixed up, etc. The burden of proof to prove that they are innocent is on them (not any of us) and it is going to be an uphill battle. I'm not saying a mistake couldn't have been made by LE (as it is certainly possible) or by the medical lab but it still doesn't look good. So, if we want to be technical about it, then we will say that they've been charged with Aggravated Prostitution and are, thus, accused by MPD of having HIV (but not yet found guilty).
