Weight training is also good for flexibility if you maintain correct form (full range of motion through squats, military press, bench press and clean & jerk pretty much covers it). I do yoga each morning myself, but it's not strictly necessary unless you're very, very serious about flexibility.
Do fun shit (I like rock climbing and boxing).
I think all guys should be able to fight. Boxing, krav maga, whatever. Shooting works too, but it doesn't really promote fitness.
Eat right. Diets are stupid, unpleasant and unsustainable. Eat 1gram / lb of body weight in protein, good carbs (nothing white, only whole grains) , piles of vegetables, moderate fruit. Drink enough water. Supplements are okay, but really, you don't need to be fancy unless you're going for "ripped" (<10% body fat) which is pretty hard to maintain even if you're very fit (unless you're young. Hormones play a role in this).
Zinc is good for dick health.
Always use sunscreen. That's about it for the basics.

I used to "not have time" for the cardio, but at some point I decided that it was at least as important as my job. And I found I could pull half an hour from *somewhere* if I needed to (fortunately, I don't watch TV, so that frees up a good measure of time) , even if it just means getting up a half hour earlier. After about 3 weeks it becomes second nature, and actually I find cycling / running kind of "meditative" so it's two birds with one stone.
If everyone in the US would walk half an hour a day, not drink colas, eat whole grains and cut out processed and fried foods, we wouldn't have an obesity epidemic.
We also wouldn't have a ton of "thick" escorts, either. What a better world.

Funny thing is that one of the Follies dancers is from a wealthy family (she dances because she's an exhibitionist, nymphomaniac and overall "freak") , and of course the singer's daughter is secure enough, and I must say, rich girls are much hotter than poor ones. They're motivated by fun rather than need, I suppose.

Went for a cruise on FIB, and stopped in for a cold one at Rileys at 6; 00pm, thinking it might be pretty good. I was wrong. Best looker was the bartender, the blonde MILF. Man I'd love to see her naked sitting on my face. Didn't even finish the beer. At least it was cool, and a few naked women. Funny thing though, a couple of the customers were funny in a bat shit looney, talking to the air kind of way. Made a couple of girls, and the bouncer a touch nervous. Oh well only cost me 6bux for a beer.
Follies, Midnight, Saturday night. 10bux cover. Hugely crowded, crowd evenly mixed, white, black, mexican, No drama. Couldn't find a chair if I had to. Lots of dancers also mixed, mostly sweet chocolate. No pressure to buy a beer, so I just walked all over the club, plugging dollars into garters, and enjoying the view. Fun watching the patrons getting lap dances trying to look cool. I had fun with that playing "occupations" in my head. I crack me up sometimes, but I digress. Got accosted by a young lady named "Nadine" a German import. Boy was she VIP oriented. When I told her is was my first time in the club, that's all she wanted to do. But after the reports by you guys I declined and took a couple of stand up dances right by the stage. If you were there, I was the guy who had her leopard skin teddy on my head like a hat. Seemed like fun and made a couple of the "cool dudes" smile. Anyway after talking with some of the girls, it seems like this will be more fun on a weeknight or weekday.
