It was an apartment / hostel kind of thing. Basically a room she rents. Pretty small and trashy, but the complex itself was pretty chill. On main near 5th st. She told some that something exploded near her face and told others that a crazy guy threw acid at her face. Maybe she may in fact have some type of plague like infection and she is afraid to tell people for fear of being an outcast as a result of people being afraid of contracting the same thing from her. But I have seen her going in and out of tents and I have not heard of anyone else having the same type of infection she has. An interesting note about Bubonic Plague is that savannah told me she is native American and only people of European descent have a gene that is resistant to the plague because it was so extensive in Europe for so long hundreds of years ago that people from Europe developed immunity against the bacteria that causes the plague. So if she is native American then she does not have that same immunity gene.

I was in skid row yesterday, Sunday, and around 3 pm I saw someone I knew and stopped to talk. My vehicle had shattered glass literally covering the entire rear section of my vehicle and of course I then immediately left the area to go have the windows repaired. In all my years of both looking for SWs and going to skid row as well; nothing this bad in broad daylight has ever happened to me. So just a warning to anyone going down to skid row nowadays the homeless crazy GUYS are getting more dangerous to the non homeless on skid row and I even think this guy may have targeted my vehicle because he saw me talking to a female down there but I'm not sure, he could have just been totally crazy or on some type of drug because he was also screaming as he walked down the street after busting out my windows.
