She probably doesn't have as much money as she claims to have or she wouldn't steal from people. What a disappointment Kendall turned out to be. They can see you coming from a mile away and will take you for as much as they can. They provide a service that is void of any personal connection. Just a business transaction.

You're not in a relationship and it's a NSA situation. What that means is, you go in exchange the cordial friendliness and get taken care of and leave with no communication until the urge hits again, otherwise just be in a relationship. It's a business arrangement and contract, once said contract is completed, you move on.

When you get your car serviced, you wait in the waiting room, once it's done, you leave. You're not there to hold the mechanics hand and pay for other shit outside of the work he does. Get your car serviced, pay for that particular service, and leave!

This is a business transaction so you must remained discipline with your interactions to avoid getting hurt or ripped off.

But I really don't consider this a services ripping you off in the context you have provided. You were a regular and you thought you had a new friend. Just for the record the one that told me this, one of the last times I saw her as soon as I got in the room she told me she didn't feel good. She said she had some pea soup from the resturant.
