Everyone is different and generally humans are terrible at proper perception of and management of risk.

The facts are that for the most part, transmission rates from women to men are low, there is nothing out there that will kill you, most things can be treated and the rest managed as long-term chronic conditions. Plenty of the details of all of that are in this very thread if one wants to read back a year and a half or so.

But of course as the conservatives want you to know. You can't catch an STD if one stays in a monogamous relationship with a clean / tested girl. Oh and condoms help too!

You can catch chlamydia, gonorrhea, syphilis, trich, herpes, HPV and HIV from BBFS oral sex or kissing. Herpes, HPV and HIV cannot be treated and you will have them for life. Period. Chlamydia, gonorrhea, syphilis and trich can be treated but they are often asymptomatic and go undetected. If they're not treated, they can lead to other serious issues, not to mention spreading that shit around.

But I see now that it is, at very low risk. I need to re-think this BBBJ thing.

I can only tell you from my experience of knowing a couple ladies who own and run shops that they don't reuse the towels without washing them thoroughly, Typically they have a bleach bucket near the washer that they throw the cum towels in once they have wiped you off, takes care of any DNA evidence they've stroking your Johnson. Depending on the day they'll do a couple of loads of wash on those a day, bleach and detergent, cleans everything up and sends it on down the drain, far from any prying eyes of LE. Unless you are in a shop where the whole place seems re-used I wouldn't worry about the towels too much, they usually are washing them every day.
