Thanks for your help. Hope to check it out.
[QUOTE=GutsAndGlory;1109855]EE =? European Escort ??[/QUOTE]Maybe I should have said EEE. East European Escort.
They are HOT HOT HOT. DFK, Anal, you name it they offer it. Price is higher due to the crappy Exchange rate. But once in a while, it is worth the $$$. Check out the ca. Forum for details.

Greetings, fellow punters.
About this FC place (which, amazingly, I didn't know of) : I'm intrigued and I'd like to pay a visit, but even though I've just carefully RTFT'ed the whole thread, still I'm confused: [b]must one call ahead of time for an appointment there?[/b]
Based on my experience (and I'm quite familiar with Philly's "lay of the land", as it were) , that would rather be unusual. I never had to phone as far back as I remember (and it's been quite some time). The only few times I did call a place was to make sure they would still be open when I knew I'd be there late.
PS. Why does this posting software change what I entered in random-looking ways? Or am I crazy.

The first question out of mamasan's mouth is "you call right?" so I assume she appreciates it. There is no other practical reason. I have walked in without calling in the past, however they know my face by now there anyway so there was no concern I was Leo.
Oh, and Merry Christmas all.

Oh, and Merry Christmas all. [/QUOTE]Never use to call for a appointment at any of the other CH locations, but always do at Fun City. Seems to be the way Lilly likes it. With only a couple girls usually available, and they can be busy at times, it seems to help keep the girls on time for their appointments.
Got you! Thanks, GutsAndGlory and Basketball. I'll give them a call, not a problem (of course, that would imply I have to show up on time, but OK [smile]). By the way, if you don't mind my asking: while this locality (as mentioned in their online ad) is not entirely unfamiliar to me, it [i]is[/i] Somewhat outside the area of my usual peregrinations. I'm sure there's plenty of parking space there, but is it safe to park? Also, from what you've seen, is it better to visit early or late?
Cheers! And Happy Holidays to all.
PS. To moderator or whoever knows: I seem to have trouble staying logged-in. Am I missing something obvious? (Cookies are fine, I've checked.) Also, I think I can see now what takes place with random-looking character replacement: for example, hyphenes get eliminated and instead a period is inserted; the following word gets capitalised. Emoticons disappear. A word following a closing BB code also gets capitalised (e. G. The word "Somewhat" above: I typed in "somewhat", but once posted, it shows up capitalised). Ellipsis gets replaced by a period; next word gets capitalised. This doesn't make any sense: why does the s / w insist on correcting what I wrote? Do I need to push some special button to break free?
Thanks

[/QUOTE]I typically park right on the side streets or even directly on Spring Garden. I'm also a big guy (over 6'3") and never have been bothered by locals. As far as car safety, I drive a pretty expensive European sedan and never felt it was in jeopardy of vandalism or theft, especially bearing in mind you're typically there only about an hour+, right? I have visited at all kind of crazy times (including Sunday 9 am, Friday at 9 pm, you name it) and never detected any patterns. Be safe and have fun. FC is a special place!
BTW - there is no signage at all - make sure you know the number and ring the buzzer and you will be buzzed in. Your only option is upstairs.
And thanks for that, GutsAndGlory. The fokking snow doth slow my progress, but otoh what can it do except postpone inevitable things by a day or two? Till then, my brothers. Cheers! (Will post resulting fiction story.)

[/QUOTE]I go late, after Midnight. Parking will be easier late and I haven't seen any unsavories. I walk mostly and I'm not a big fucker like GutsAndGlory. No one has ever even approached me. I think you should be fine. Gas Station is well lit. Spaghetti Warehouse place is around the corner.
Haven't seen any thuggish activity.

No one has ever even approached me.[/QUOTE]Yeah, that's what I do myself quite often. In fact, I used to work in the city, staying quite late on occasion, and, to restore the sagging spirits, treating myself to a bit of late-night "massagee", usually with satisfying results. But typically, my buddies and I, we haunt the space sorta like between Handsom and Barkit. Not deliberately, just happens that way. I like to park on one of the main streets there (Barkit, for example, or closeby) , and then get around on foot, enjoy the sights, get a bit of fresh air.
And you're right: I've never seen anything unsavory either. But you read stuff in papers though, and sometimes it's like, er, um,"we were there three days ago". The only things I can remember would be some hobo bumming a cigarette or offering unasked-for advice about those other,"much-better" places I should go instead this one (do the busnesses hire these guys, or do they do it as a pretext for touching your for a couple of bucks?) But never anything alarming, I must say. In fact, once, near 1918, a guy gave me a business card that I did use next week (the place across the police precinct there, you know what I'm talking about, second floor). Not a bad place, other than it could be busy at times; I frequented there for a while (parking on Barkit; then walk). Bring Parden though, is too far to walk from there, and also, a few times I drove through it for whatever unrelated reason, it kinda looked, um, well, not bombed-out of course, nothing like the West Philly, but still I'd say kind of desolate. I wouldn't stroll around there postprandially at night. But I guess it's OK, and I'd be "lending presence" to the establishment today, but I'm still snowed in pretty good. The goddamn municipal plow tore off my mailbox (crap, every time there's snow, my phone dies and my mailbox gets eradicated).
[QUOTE]Gas Station is well lit. Spaghetti Warehouse place is around the corner.[/QUOTE]What is "spaghetti warehouse"?
PS. (@moderator?) : While I was typing this, the site "forgot" I was logged in. Logged in again; all's good afterwards. Why did it log me off after like a minute or two? I'm afraid I'm doing something wrong.

The Bums who hawk for places other than FC, stating they are better, must not be members of this, or other web sites, otherwise they would know that FC is the best, over time, place to go.
There seems to be some kinks in the new format of the web site. This may be why some are having to log in over and over.
[QUOTE=Basketball;1112571]The Bums who hawk for places other than FC, stating they are better, must not be members of this, or other web sites, otherwise they would know that FC is the best, over time, place to go.[/QUOTE]Certain places (none of the reputable ones) give the bums / cabbies a $10 finder's fee. I had a guy follow me in to Yummy Yummy one time, but since I always call ahead the papasan there sent him away empty handed.
[QUOTE=Basketball;1112571]Spaghetti Warehouse is a warehouse where they store spaghetti, LOL.[/QUOTE]Ha! Thanks a lot, Basketball. That is valuable information! [grin]
[QUOTE]No, actually, it's an large, Italian restaurant around the corner from Fun City.[/QUOTE]Is it open late? That'd be good, cause I remember there's this 24/7 place near 1800 where you can always grab a bite if you get "hungry in action".
[QUOTE]The Bums who hawk for places other than FC, stating they are better, must not be members of this, or other web sites, otherwise they would know that FC is the best, over time, place to go.[/QUOTE]They were really hobos; I doubt they had access to the net. But you guys sound too emphatic though. Is it THAT good? I remember the original, Genuine CH, well, it was great of course, but however good it was, its fame has since overshadowed reality, I must say. Well, I'll find out soon enough of course.
[QUOTE=Chieric;1112779]Certain places (none of the reputable ones) give the bums / cabbies a $10 finder's fee.[/QUOTE]I guess, I have to add (just in case someone reading it) that these hobo-encounters I mentioned took place very long ago. I haven't been approached this way in years. Meaning, there's no cause for alarm now.
