Way to say it, Mellow Guy
I actually posted a comment about Sycamore Scott also, however, I must not have been as diplomatic as you as I think Jackson decided not to let mine get posted. I believe that the person that posted the comments might work at ERS, however, that is only speculation. I have been going to CLV as of late and have to say, if you can get past the 70's decor the place is a much better value given it is $10 less than ERS and the women there give a good massage, whether or not you are tipping $40 or not. Not to say I don't tip, but I have given the remaining cash from a $100 which is $15 and they seem to be genuinely grateful for the tip. (I usually give more but things have been tight lately)
Thanks for the advice Buddy
I actually had to stop myself Bbbuddy, from posting a long response to Lilred's comments. Lotta fuzzy math going on there, but, many of my fellow posters beat me to it. So I let it drop.
I usually partake about once a month. It's a long drive for me, and like you say, times are tight. I have been to CLV, ERS, and the Rockford places (except this Silver Spa... may have to try that) and I'm sure the urge will hit again soon to take the drive. How I wish there was a place here in the Burbs I could go to and get the same level of services at the same money one can find in Belvidere.
That being said, only twice have I ever been asked what I was going to tip before the session started. Sadly, both of those times were at CLV :(
Reason for discussion about tipping
I was not going to write anymore about tipping but I think people feel it is just complaining and need to get things clarified.
If the atmosphere improves re tipping I would very much like to start visiting ERS again. I have been away for 3 or more years and miss the place but will NOT visit if this thing continues.
I hope both the SPs and management read this board and make necessary changes to reduce the money issue and make it a pleasanter experience there would be lot more traffic. Having few suckers being milked is worse than many satisfied customers who will keep coming in future.
If after all the writing no changes take place then both the SPs and management would like to contiue as is in past. In that case I alongwith probably many others will have to stay out. That is sad because it is loss for both us and the sps and the management. But if that is what it will be then that is what it will be.
