Probably just a group that uses hotels. If it's a lower end hotel like a Quality Inn or motel 6 even more likely. My first 6 months in this hobby nearly every Asian gal I saw was working out of a hotel room. Trying to think of it from a providers point of view they are also worried you are Uncle and they also want to be sure you are not a no show. A pic of the hotel shows them you followed their instruction to get there and so far are not a waste of time and have actually arrived. Although it sounds as if you have already made i to the hotel but bailed when asked for the picture, which would mean you did waste their time, and may have further trouble booking with them if you try at this point. The question of the color of your clothes lets them potentially eye you from a room and see if you give off any red flags to them still giving them a chance to bail and not give you a room number or an incorrect room number if they see something they do not like. While these could I guess be seen as tactics uncle might use I'm not sure how useful they would be to uncle. Uncle is not in the same type of potential danger the way a 5 foot nothing 100 lb lady who is likely alone is if you get in the room and turn out to be a psycho. Remember if it's a setup they have their girl well protected where a provider is more exposed to danger. I guess it would let them identify you from afar as well, but if you don't enter the room with their female officer and have not offered money for sex they have no case against you so I'm not really sure it would be a requirement for them to see you first. Also looking at the ad in the link the ad history goes back daily for more than a year, uncle would likely not place an ad for a year straight as they likely have a very small window of enforcement maybe a day or two to make some arrests and make the politicians look like they are doing something. I have heard of an Asian group using hotels in Schaumburg and heard that everything was OK and the girls were hit n miss, but I cant confirm that this ad belongs to that group. I have also heard that Schaumburg has a local ordinance that requires all hotels within city limits to have CCTV systems installed, no CCTV, no hotel business license. The purpose being that if anything weird happens, and often hotels are frequent places for the police to be called, uncle will have CCTV to help them investigate whatever they are interested in seeing. There is an agency that uses 90% Schaumburg hotels, and I frequent their girls in a limited basis due to this issue alone.
