Even the dislikes / likes pages for providers are inaccurate because the ones that state they don't do X / why / Z actually do. As far as what you looking for, there are local providers that offer this but it's not going to be obvious on their ads because of the restrictions. Also some of them have an up charge for extras. Some of them don't. You can post on the ISO sub-forum and ask for what you're looking for creatively. The hobby scene has changed a lot over the years.
The best advice I can give you is reach out to someone you might want to see and don't be an asshole about what you're looking for. It's really about how you approach things with them. These girls get burned out pretty quick and the good ones that are RBGFE and true GFE are the first ones to bail because of how they get treated. You don't have to be a simp or whatever but also don't be an asshole.
