got good news & bad news:

good: the package came 2 days after I ordered it (!!); it seems to work quite well--excellent wood, still going at 36 hours

bad: it is the FOULEST-tasting stuff imaginable; I had to drink 3-4 glasses of water to get the taste out of my mouth; also, the headeache was quite intense--much worse than with the good C from RX or allday

so it's a trade-off, I guess

I should add that they call it "liquid" tadalafil, but it's more like a suspension or an emulsion--you gotta shake it vigorously to resuspend the particles. They claim it's 30mg/ml and they give you a little eye-dropper to measure out 1ml, which is what I took. It's possible to cut back on the dose & maintain the wood without the intense headache

I've nearly used up the generic V from my BrandMeds order earlier this year so decided to try getting some more. This time around decided to order from Allday since so many have experienced them.

Ordered Sildenafil Citrate (100mg) on 4/13. Confirmation e-mail rec'd immediately. Rec'd email on 4/18 indicating payment (via CC) had been processed successfully. Rec'd email on 4/19 indicating shipment had been made on 4/18 through regular airmail (no tracking available). Package rec'd on 4/27 (western US). Overall very timely process!

Looking at the contents I see I rec'd their "Manly" product indicating equivalent to Sildenafil. Haven't tried one yet. Wondering if I should try a whole 100mg pill or if I should cut in half and try that. As a previous report noted these pills are a deep red/maroon color as opposed to the typical blue V pills.

I'll report back once I've had a chance to try them out.

When I utilize the chemical footballs I generally take 100mg of Vitamin V, 60 mg. of Vitamin C, and those are just the ED drugs. I have three or four more that I put in my mongering cocktail but generally, as a starting point, I'm ready to play for 36 hours solid.

OK, tried out the Manly product I rec'd from Allday...took 1/2 a 100 mg pill an hour before activity. Very little side effect (so little in fact I had to wonder if the pill was going to do anything). Results were as good as any previous V usage! Good wood and quick recovery. Consider me a happy customer!

They are red on the outside and blue on the inside. I use about 1/3 each time and achieve rigid results.

Anyone else finding it difficult to cut these pills? I have a pill cutter (from a local drug store) and when I try to cut these pills they tend to crumble more than cut. The outer coating is strong enough but inside they are rather powdery and tend to crumble on me. Anyone else seeing this?

I purposely ordered the 100mg pills expecting to cut them but I don't want to waste half (or more) of each pill this way.

I use an exacto knife and gradually saw my way thru. It crumbles a little but I use my finger to get the powder. The first cut is made 1/3 down the length of the pill. The next cut will divide the rest in 2.

I use a pill splitter I bought at the drugstore for $2 to cut my AllDayChemist 100mg V pills. It takes some practice but you can do it. Try snapping the blade quickly, it works better.

Could Viagra Put the Brakes on Jet Lag?

TUESDAY, May 22 (HealthDay News) -- Worried about jet lag? Researchers think they might have just the ticket to perk you up: Viagra.

While it's too early to know if it will work in humans, Argentinean researchers are reporting that the drug sildenafil -- better known by the brand name Viagra -- appears to reduce symptoms of jet lag in hamsters.

Viagra does come with potential side effects, and some men might not appreciate experiencing a temporary respite from erectile dysfunction at 30,000 feet. Still, a sleep specialist called the research promising.

"We do need more effective therapies for jet lag and for sleep difficulties that occur as a consequence of shift work," said Dr. Robert Vorona, an associate professor at Eastern Virginia Medical School who's familiar with the study findings.

In the study, researchers administered small doses of sildenafil to hamsters before adjusting the cycles of light and dark they lived in. This reset their body clocks as if they'd taken a six-hour plane trip to the east.

The hamsters recovered 25 percent to 50 percent more quickly from the equivalent of human jet lag, needing less time to synchronize themselves to the new schedule, said Dr. Diego Golombek, a researcher with the Universidad Nacional de Quilmes in Buenos Aires. He said sildenafil worked at least as well as melatonin, a jet-lag treatment.

But the drug didn't help hamsters who underwent a simulation of westward jet travel.

The findings were published in this week's Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences.

The drug, originally developed to treat high blood pressure and angina, might alleviate jet lag by interfering with a molecule that sends signals to the hamster brain's body clock mechanism, Golombek said.

But the potential impact on humans isn't clear, and Golombek said people shouldn't rush out to prevent jet lag with doses of Viagra. For one thing, Viagra can cause side effects such as low blood pressure.

As for the next step, Golombek said "a full-scale clinical trial has to be performed in humans, which is indeed quite expensive and time-consuming. Jet-lag trials might involve laboratory simulations, but we also need 'the real thing,' which means testing pharmacological treatments on long-haul air travel."

And that, he added, will take even more time.

They mailed the package in a plastic Tupperware type container wrapped in a hand sewn cloth cover, hand addressed with a person’s name as the return address on May 18th. It arrived on May 25th after sitting in customs for 4 days.

I have a question that's probably been answered before, so forgive me, but I don't see a current answer (yet).

A year or two ago, I had purchased sildenafil citrate from RxMex.com, an online pharmacy. All I needed to do was supply a credit card, and they shipped quickly in inconspicuous wrapping (I think they were hand-addressed, and shipped flat between two pieces of cardboard. I did NOT need to fax them a script.

Alas, RxMex has gone under. I'm seeing AllDayChemist mentioned here on the board, and their prices are certainly good, while reports here show them to be reliable.

Do they require a prescription? Is there anything else I need to know?

ADC does not require a prescription(script). Their handling charges are around $30 for all size orders so the bigger the order, the more you save. IMO, they are the best out there.

Thanks for the info. Apparently either the law has changed in the year or so since I last bought 'offshore', or enforcement regarding importation has stiffened up (no pun intended). That being the case, my own experience was out of date, so your input is appreciated.

I'm looking at their "Manly" product (how many hundreds of thousands of $$$ did they invest in developing THAT name? :) ), which they claim is gen-u-wine generic sildenafil citrate. They're selling sixty 100mg tabs for $64.20, with a bonus of sixty tabs "free". Add the $30 for shipping, and it works out to $0.78 per tab -- a MUCH better price than anything else I've seen.

120 + 120 goes for $128.40, so with shipping the total is $158.40, or $0.66/tab -- even better.

All of the discussion seems to center on substitute products or offshore pharmacies. I have a prescription and would prefer to buy from a legitimate pharmacy, but online is fine. What is the cheapest way to buy Viagra legally with a prescription. Sam's Club sells 10 ea. 100mg for $107. Where can I find it for less?

That price is as good as I have seen. Drugstore.com is the same. You can get 120 tablets from ADC for less money, and in my opinion they work just the same as the "real" Viagra.

I've tried real Phizer Viagra at $13 a pill and ADC generic (Manly) for less than a dollar a pill. For me, they work exactly the same.

I'm still waiting.

I have found that splitting the V from ADC isn't easy. While in Harbor Freight today, I found a multi shape pill cutter that should make it easier to cut the tablets easily. The price wasn't listed, but I have found the same model online at several places for $7.95, and on eBay for $3.95+$5 shipping. To find them, I googled "multi shape pill cutter".

There was a person there observing the letter carrier. Should I be nervous? Is the postal service monitoring this stuff? Do they care if a fat old man is trying to minimize the cost of getting a hard-on? Should I have rejected the order?

I guess the big question is, is it normal for this to be shipped via certified mail?

If you guys ever need quality generics, then try to get them from India. If you get any brands that are "manufactured for Cipla, " then the quality usually rivals the quality from the US. Cipla is most likely the supplier who gives all the raw materials for the original "Cialis. " Yet, they have to do the "final processing" in the the US. Pharmacueacals

The last time I was in India, I brought back 100 "Cialis" type pills for my personal use.

I have finalized everything with the trial website. I have also forwarded the trial addresses to my shipping department. They will ship by this Friday.

After watching this board and particularly Carl White's comments, I went ahead and ordered 60+60 "Manly" from ADC. As happened to Carl previously, the order was apparently split into two shipments of 60 each. The first arrived about 12 days after I placed the order, and the second hasn't arrived yet (it's been 20 days).

The generic V came in a flat brown envelope containing three blister packs of 20 tabs, each labelled "Made in India". The return address was also Indian, ostensibly from a private citizen.

Notable was the fact that the sender had handwritten "Reg. Mail" on the front of the envelope, and when it arrived in the US, the Postal Service slapped a Registered Mail sticker on it. Naturally, I had to sign for it. Unusual, our regular mailman was off that day and I did not recognize the substitute, though I didn't make much of that.

I'm not sure what all of this portends. The current brouhaha with Attorney General Gonzalez telling Congress that no civil liberties had been violated in pursuit of upholding the USA Patriot Act, while having an FBI report on his desk telling him the opposite, makes me think that most likely ALL packages from that part of the world are undergoing close scrutiny. At the VERY least. And I wouldn't be surprised if they were being opened and examined.

But as you said, John, could Homeland Security be all that concerned with me, a middle-aged guy with a belly who needs a little help maintaining a hard-on? Hmmm....

On another note, the Manly tabs work pretty much the same as genuine V, I'm happy to say. I'll just keep an eye out for the other 60 tabs...
