It seems like the past couple of weeks most of the sw are accompanied by two or three guys while working. I have seen them hanging with one fairly often in the past but two or three whats up with that. I myself am usually hesitant to stop for anyone with their guy standing right with them, I feel better if they are at least down the street a ways. But having multiple guys right ther makes me stay away. The numbers just aren't good if trouble starts. Anyone else have opinions on this.
I have often seen known SWs with two guys walking down the street. In my opinion, they are not actively working. But that does not mean they wouldn't if you presented the opportunity. Three is a bit beyond the pale.
I agree that SWs with even one guy in close tow makes the situation iffy. Two even more so, and three, forget it. What you CAN do is catch her eye and pull into a side street. If she approaches alone, you can explore further, with with caution. If the whole crowd approaches, no one will fault you for exiting stage right...
Perhaps you stretch the truth when you say "most SWs are accompanied by two or three guys"? On a recent foray into OTR, I saw maybe two or three with their dude, but had no problem finding an SW walking alone.
Caution is by far the best policy--advice I have not always taken myself...

You can find some good deals with escorts and girls who are straight and not out to rip you off. But in this town, I'm not seen to many good deals unless you pay $$ and up and you must check out the service provider at The Erotic Review and see if she has good reviews or not worth the $ and time.
Personally the best city I've had good service was in Columbus, Ohio. There were lots of OSU girls working as escorts and going to school. I had girls that were in Law School and in the Medical program at OSU. At the time their rates were anywhere from 1.25 up to 1.75 and hour.
Also while I'm thinking of it, If an escort comes to you're place with a driver who ask for the money up front before the girl comes into your place SHUT THE DOOR. Tell them no deal.

So, on a recent rainy day, circled MANY times through OTR. VERY slim pickings. I DID see a white middle class woman with an umbrella taking lots of digital pictures in the Elder, Vine, McMillian area. Couldn't help but wonder what she was up to.

Yeah, the board has been quite and for good reasons. There has been several sting operations going on in OTR. I've been checking now about three times or more a week what is the situation like for action. I've seen and spotted several undercover working the streets as well as regular LE chasing down SW. On 7/15/06, I saw LE on cycle talking to a blonde SW. Don't know her name but she has long blonde hair. Didn't hear what she saying but can read her body language. She was very upset and was obviously trying to talk her way out of a situation with the LE.
For the last month. I've seen very slim pickings next to nothing. What still around down there hangs out at the usual places. Which brings me to the resent article in the "City Beat" that came out last week. the article was about prostitution in OTR.
The article list all the streets where Sw hang out as well as in areas in other places beside OTR. So fellows, everyone knows which brings me to my point. LE are watching very closely with undercover and in August the sherif department will be patrolling OTR. In the news there was a sting operation on walnut st. Drugs and prostitution was busted. In another situation there were 23 arrested in one day in OTR for drugs and prostitution.
I don't shop anymore in OTR. I feel the risk are getting higher and the odds are against mongers the more they pickup in OTR.
Lately, I shop at areas not known for SW but I do find some pickings. All I will say is work on your flirting skills and operate like a playboy type. For obvious reasons I don't want to post locations.
I think the old days of OTR are coming to an end like Newport.

Anyone can tell this story is full of holes. SW are not interested in pouring out thier souls. They are interested in when and how that next rock is coming. At some point, usually after business is done and they have the $ to get the rock, you might get a little candid life info on these girls. Remember paranoia goes with the addiction and they often WILL NOT talk about thier lives.

While I waiting I also checked on the forum to read any reports and was surprised not to find any reports on these entertainers and now I know why.
The girl arrived about an hour later and she was all right looking but at this time I was not thinking straight. The girl demanded $200 for an hour and after confirming everything I gave her the money. Now in the UAE most of the time I pay later but even if I pay before there is never any issue. Anyway this girl was a swindler and said that for me to get naked with her I would have to pay $100 more so I immediately knew that this was not going right and I told her that she is a bloody fraud. After that she said that don't come near me or I will call the police and ran out of my room. I chased her down the hallway which was a bad idea as she created a real commotion in the hallway banging on room doors and screaming for help. Naturally I was in a real hopless situation when a couple of people opened their doors. By this time I figured that this is just going to lead to more damage so gave up on the situation and just let her go. I was really pissed off but quite shaken also from this whole incident.
I do not understand why this whole business is run by con artists and frauds in this country. I have travelled extensively in the world especially in Asia and even used yellow pages to call up escorts and never had any trouble.
This was my first attempt at mongering in the US and definitely my last. I wish that some more people had written about these frauds in the forum so that a few members like us could have had a head up.
Sooo sorry to hear about your Cincy experience. My firm belief is that escorts are WAY over rated--and while I grant that SWs are a hit or miss affair, it is less painful to be ripped off of 0.2 than 2.0! For that reason, I never use escorts--and therefore never post reviews of them. Occasionally, someone will have a good experience and post it, but rarely.
You need to post every bit of info you can about this rip-off agency: Their name, their phone number, her "name". You probably know that one of the first rules of mongering is NEVER pay up front. MAYBE a "deposit" of 1/3rd total, the rest to be paid afterward.

Over the last two weeks I've seen LE in the Plum St. and Micmicken corner. Last week there were LE cars and bikes and about 5 or more regular Cincy LE guys in blue around a blue van being towed from from street. I drove through at the time when the tow truck was hooking up the van. I didn't see nor could catch if LE had someone in a patrol car. This was on a Sunday July 15th. On the Sunday July 22th, I saw LE was out talking to a guy in a blue car at the same spot were the blue van was towed. I believe this corner is heavily watch by LE. Be careful! This corner is well known for SW's and has been publicized in the "City Beat" paper.

There have been LOTS of news reports about and LE at the intersection of Race and McMicken. However, according to a TV report last night, LE is especially zeroing in on drug dealers ("Operation Vortex"). They have had spotters on the roofs of buildings, taking pictures of drug deals going down. (The report showed exchanges.) The report even told which specific intersections to go for crack, for heroin or for grass!
Yes--LE is still heavily present in OTR. Caution, caution, caution.

Found myself near East Avenue area today on my way home, anyway so I decided to a look. Nothing going on east or 11th street, so I went down Ludlow and cut over to Maple via S. 7th street and there on the corner was a mid to late 20 something bouncing on the corner.
