I was in Rick's perhaps a month ago in the late afternoon/early evening. It was kind of like the old spaghetti western, The Good, the Bad and the Ugly.
Good times can be found, but negotiate price first. You should find what you're looking for. That wasn't true, at least for me, a year ago.

Good info indeed! Be careful about $$ at the Downtown VU. I've a buddy who spends too much for dances and even he turned down the dancers downtown as he thought they were took costly.

Went to Rick's last Saturday. Not too bad!!! I'm bad with names but a basic rule of thumb is that if they're super HOT ya can't touch. If they're not so much then hold out till after midnight. They'll get a little desparate and allow some fondling. Wait till one to have some real fun!!!

From what I'm reading here, a lot of guys are paying WAY TOO MUCH for dances, letting the girls take them for a ride by going in the VIP room but not allowing touching, etc. Guys, this is bullshite!
Understand something: the rules at the clubs are set up not for your enjoyment, but to make money for the owners. Bottom line, if you don't go in with a focus on getting what you want, you'll come out frustrated. I don't mean go in and be an @ssh0le to the girls. Treat them with kindness and respect--BUT--if they don't deliver, move on to the next one. Find out what their dances cost before you go in the VIP room--this sounds so basic, but yes even I have fallen into this trap. Go in with a good amount of cash but let that be your limit. Curse the day they put ATMs in the clubs! Decide beforehand how much you're willing to pay for the good dances, and know how many dances you can afford. See if the dancer offers any package deals (like 3 for $ or whatever).
By moving on or passing, you do yourself and the girl a favor. You move on to another girl who might go the extra mile for you. If the girl is smart, she'll learn from it. Most of them are in fact quite smart; from the pitches I've endured, I believe they could be marketing managers at any Fortune 100 company. :)

Just got back from my old home of 4 years and it is still the best city on earth. For "great" dances. Houston, TX. They have Clubs every other block, MUCH nicer than Ricks, Deja Vu, etc. And was offerred extras in all four clubs I visited. And Texas girls are not too shabby looking too. 1. 5 will gtd the works. Many rumors going around about LE cracking down but its an election year and they ease up after everything is over. They even sell booze. I LOVE TX. Sorry guys, just had to share.

Reading all these reports of us guys not getting our money's worth in the clubs or in the spas is starting to get me down. I just don't understand the ripoff mentality and wonder where all the quality has gone. The recent surge in raids sure hasn't helped either.

Despite at least one recent raid by Uncle Leo, between Honey's, Sugar's, and the Sands, in the last two weeks I have scored HJs, Russian, CBJs to completion, BBBJs with a HJ or Russian finish, and two mind-blowing full service experiences -- all VERY reasonably.
Exact services, rates, names and locations have to be witheld this time, even with my Senior brothers, to protect the ladies in question, but I will say this:
1) Brunettes will give you good mileage

This is a late report regarding my experience at Rick's. Unfortunately the details (names, etc.) are somewhat hazy because I was a little tipsy.
I went in on a mid-week night a couple of months ago. I sat off to the left of the main stage which put me in a good spot for each girl as she finished up on stage. Ears are about the only thing perking up around here, unfortunately due to my own personal, but thankfully temporary, economic contraction. I have a soft spot for Sugar's, but have always found it a tough playground to have any hardcore fun. Even before the raids, it was a tough venue. The upside of Sugar's for me has been that I met a few girls there just starting out in the biz, and if they're not sure what the limits are, "mentor" them, or if they already have notions of being a bad girl, who am I to disabuse them of their ambition? :D

In summary though, I've found that a trip to a good AMP running me around $2. is actually less than what I'd spend at the clubs, with quite a bit less hassle and stress. OTOH, there are times when I enjoy the hunt for gems who might be out there, and they ARE out there.

Dropped in @ Honey's Wednesday pm and thought I might share a few observations.
Paige is a tall, somewhat older dancer & not bad looking. I hear she gives a good dance, but she absolutely reeks of stale cigarettes. Seemed nice enough, but even giving me her "wanna dance" spiel, I wanted her to keep her distance. Phew!

There are absolutely no extras, and everything is tame and by-the-book. This includes small stuff, like letting you touch their boobs. Was at dayshift Thurs. Luna and Blair were there. Went with Luna, usual great time. Proportion of 8,9 level dancers about 2/5. Only about 5-7 dancers at most, any shift.
Night dancers offer little chance of extra mileage according to some of the girls I know.
