Pictures of cameras... (Walnut Hills)
Following SmallFry's report, I took a look around the corner of McMillian and Kemper. I saw two cameras on opposite corners of the same building on Kemper. I am pretty sure that these are NOT police surveillance cameras, but rather security cameras operated by the management of the building. What do you think?
I asked several dudes hanging around the corner, and they did not think they were police surviellance. Not that private cameras could not be used for police purposes (not sure of the legality here), but I think it may be a false alarm about these cameras

Chat lines which you can find the numbers in the paper, i have scored countless times from these lines. In the winter time this is the way to go I just got on last night and found someone 50 for sex whenever I want. Most of these women are just trying to get christmas money to buy presents for their kids. So don't count them out

On a fairly regular basis, talk about the Chat Lines comes up, and it is usually right. This is another example. One old addition is that often I have found as much FREE STUFF, as PayperView(PPV).
The down side if the very often the Freebies are sometime Unattactive and Overweight women, but they work VERY, VERY Hard to Please You. I have found those that even do anal, without asking, they ask you. Some of the PPV are decent, but be cautious, because even the unattactive one have started asking for money, and I ain't talkin about 20-30 bucks. They are asking 50-100. DON'T PAY IT .... JUST WALK OUT/ AWAY. They will get the message, and realize they are NOT worth the PRICE asked. I even had one call me back a few hours later, and settle for 25, for everything. Their Bills need to be PAID TOO !!!

Sice the thought of allowing the Sheiff's department to patrol the Downtown area, the patrols of CPD have been off the hook. The interruppted several opps coming my way, this weekend. I found a few decent newbies, but they did not know the street ropes and kinda Paniced when the Police came close by. I finally told her where to walk to, to meet me, and we got together. Giving her the ROPES Speech, she is now somewhat schooled.
I did NOT see many of the regulars, and I still hear that a few regulars are Prego. That is what happens when they get PIMPS they think they are in Love with. WHAT a JOKE !
The CPD is deep into patroling the areas in mass, even one car coming 2 minutes behind another. They are NOT as I have seen Harrassing Folks, but they are making there presence KNOWN !

(Yes--I should have kicked them out at this point!).
We end up at "Bubba's" in OTR. She and her dude go in, she leaves her purse as collateral. She and dude head never to return with the front $. Anyone want Julie's funky purse???? (Don't tell me--I brought it on myself.)
So... lots of bottom lines here. Mea culpa--if I didn't find skating on the edge exciting, I probably wouldn't do it. I am SURE I will see her again on the street--what the F is she thinking my reaction will be? So... if it IS the Julie I know, she is anything but new. It is amazing to me that she was candid with you to the point of admitting grab and jump.

Need clarification: the undercover girl gets INTO the car???
You said the "girl would get into the vehicles and drive off." Do you mean monger's cars, or the undercover LE cars? The dogma among mongers is that undercover sting girls NEVER get into a monger's car. They will talk through the open car window to get you to incriminate. Any girl that does not get right into the car should be left standing on the curb with no words exchanged. My opening line is "Need a ride?" SWs always say yes with a big smile as they jump into the car. They can't bust you for offering a ride to someone, as far as I know...
Ironically, these undercover girls often look TOO good. Always be VERY careful, because if they look "too good to be true..." you know the rest. Sinsinnati SWs do NOT dress the classic look of a hooker. Any that do are suspect in my book. And frankly, even if the girl is a legit SW, dressing the look of a hooker attracts too much attention to others on the street for my taste.
Please clarify for us whether the UC girl was getting into monger's cars.

The dotted line marks where I have had the best luck mongering. Remember that LE knows the same info, so be alert, not too obvious, and probably do not walk the route after dark.
The first block of McMillian west of Vine is often good for mongering.
The second image does not have the dotted lines so the street names are clearer.

The CAMERA SITUATION IS HERE TO STAY, and it is GREAT you are uncoving them. They should be used for Violent Crimes and Drug Dealing. BUT it is all about the Money, and the easy soft TARGETS, like US.
To One Putt, keep out of the Cincy scene. It is NOT worth it, and we don't heave very good picking or any real quality. Try the Escort route, or experience trying the Hotel bars at the better hotels. There is no one here to guide or ride with you ... especially here in Cincy !!!!
THE NEW LAWS ARE ALLOWING UNDERCOVER POLICE TO DO A WHOLE LOT MORE. They can touch you , get in the car, let you feel them, mainly the breast, so ask them to take down their pant, lift a skirt (NO PANTIES IS VERY GOOD, EVEN WITH Pants ). I cruised through all the strolls just a few days ago, and the street were almost vacant. I saw a skinny girl with one tooth, who seem to be trying too hard, and she looked gross. I saw very few regulars, so they must be in jail.
The few I did get to, got picked up by time I made my pass. I wasn't really looking to pick up I just wanted some info, just to stay ahead.
Even in the outter neighborhoods, the streets were bare, except for the one you would not want anyway.

Found them on a chat line. The girl I was talking with to setup a meeting asked me for my number, but when she found out it was long distance, she gave me hers, and their address. Called to let them know I was on the way and got the blow off by some guy. Decided to take a cruise over to their 'hood anyways just as a long shot and saw a redhead standing on the corner a block away. I don't play the sw game normally, and she wasn't looking too friendly, so I decided to drive on past without attempting conversation. Its too bad things didn't work out as I was really looking forward to their team effort.
As far as LH's post on chat lines, here is my take. I'd say if LE isn't working the lines now, at some point they will, but that doesn't mean the market will be closed down. You just have to be smart like with anything else.
Chatlines can be good, but 9 out 10 finds are not going to be higher than a 6 or 7 on the scale, and I've even showed up to find some 2's and 3's. And like I started the message with, many times it can just plain be a dud.

There is a generic problem with digital cameras... You may have the camera, but if you forget to replace the memory card, you are up shit creek without an ability to take pictures. I took the camera, but found it to be without the memory card (dumb fuck...).
BTW, I noticed that Smallfry mentioned AJ (and a black chick that hangs with her).
Small fry: have you sampled AJ's wares? If so, what is your report?

I know times have gotten BAD, but this is the WORST I have seen it
I CRUISED some of the Favorite (New & Old) spots and there literally was nothing to pick from. Even if you lower your standards to ROCK Bottom you would NOT pick any of these SW's I saw, over the last three days.
I Just can't believe how ugly these girls are.They are so desperate that they are pulling on car doors, and knocking on windows to get your attention. I saw one the other day, with one front tooth, smilin at me, waving .... Hell No!
I saw two that were so short they looked like kids, until you saw their faces, and then you could see that they look, "Totally Run Over".
Even some of the regulars out I saw, got quickly picked up, before I could circle. Filks were taling too many risk, because the half Ass Decent SW's were the only ones out, among ALL the Ugly ones. It would same that close to the Holidays the parttimers would be out, brcause it wasn't that cold out. I did not see but one of the P/Ters, out and I just missed her. And with no phone, and never any cell minute, I could NOT catch her.
Even checking the NON traditional spots, I found a few maybes, but too new to try it. They refused, but throught very hard about it. If I were willing to up the price 20-30 more, they would took the "chance".
Well, I am going back to the Batcave, and get back to what I have been doing, and leave the streets to you guys till the warm weather is back.
