Located on busy road with very bright sign not ideal but w / e.

Bare bones intel. Mid to early 30's. Nice body, face was a 5 at best. Some miles down below. No TS but decent massage actually. CFS on the table. Pretty much the equivalent of the lesser philly houses. 2nd floor on 202 in fairfax village is FS too. Old as can be one time not so old the second.
