Awesome post man. And very true about how bookings, arraign'ments and prosecutions work. And the fact it takes years to go rico and lots of charges would be involved and that would hit the news any day of the week. I'll do some research on bookings and such next week when I get back from hotlanta hell maybe find a few new clients so I can afford some more play this month LOL.
Basically I think we would have seen something on the news or at least saw posting anywhere around from these boards to CL or even blogs to stay the hell away from a pissed off Hobbiests that got busted. Depending on where you get arrested and whom does it I. E. Sherriffs dept or locals and depending on if they have video judge or not anyone even on weekend You'll get out quick on bail. Hell even if the sherriffs dept. Has a busy weekend from an event and end up with people on blankets on the floor the start cutting them lose if not picked up for the "F" or something major.
They probably did have a raid or something go down but what I didn't understand was the people saying that Bali allowed them to put video cameras in vents and then would have their girls commit acts on video with johns come on sounded like fake info to me. It just doesn't work like that. They want you to ask or say what you want and try to go for it. Not sit there and video tape the act then bust you later when you are driving down the road LOL.
In Closing L. E. Has always had the problem of after a few bust from a sting it gets posted somewhere and closes them up from getting any more perp's and that waste the all might tax dollar and their raise money LOL. What I hear around is now they are getting a bit smarter when they DO finally get an approval from the powers that be to spend money on chasing jonhs or pros they now place several ads out there and then use a different hotel not only on different days but sometime switch to a new one a couple times a day. Just what a little birdy put in my ear we all got a few fellow hobbiest around that work with L. E. LOL. I can tell you right now with all the other drama going on in our Fair cities, counties and state that hobbiest are not priority one around here!

I rely on reliable quality posters such as but not limited to HBBergeron and Purple Beagle, Clark Kent to just name a few. By no means are those handles limited.
It is enough for me to take my game elsewhere to other folks who are so under the radar that not even a private detective could find anything on them and not even Dog the Bounty Hunter could find them. Hell, the economy is so bad you could probably find housewives and others willing to participate in the same.
I would even say the 280 Asian girls are off limits - how long do you think before the cops figure out where they are? Could not be too hard.
Some of these ladies could be doing anything to avoid deportation or felony prosecution. Think money laundering felony charges and income tax evasion felony charges too just name a few of the more delicate felonies. Before they would maybe think a minute before turning you over. Now, try like a second.
If it is an undercover operation, the City will be hard pressed to continue funding where there are no results, ie arrests and convictions. Assuming that it is strictly limited to City. I suspect it is wider than that, if it exists. RICO investigations normally take years to put together.
Call it that little voice inside my big head. For the brave few that do patronize them there should be a windfall in lower prices. And when the reliable brave begin to post again, all should be normal. Both on the supply side and demand side.
As the amp mgrs read this forum, perhaps they should consider letting their trusted ladies and the trusted customers do some outcall?
The arrests if they occurred, occurred on or about December 18, 2008. If they occurred they were most likely Bham police. Absent any felonies, they would be in Bham city court or Jefferson County District Court. If they are federal charges than the federal court in Bham, in which they may have already been arraigned and their trial is probably next month.
Court dates in city courts are normally at least 30 days after the arrest. It is the same for State court dates if someone would like to venture down to City Court Bham on January 18, 2008 and/or Jefferson County District Court and see Korean names or Korean-American names or Korean / Asian people down there - it should not be too hard to figure out what is beef and what is bullsh*t.
While, I find it hard to fathom that the operation, if there is one, is to entice at best misdemeanor people - they could actually be working with the ladies to get the higher up people in order to perfect felony charges and RICO charges. The misdemeanors would just be the gravy then.
Is it worth it to take a chance, I think not.
In closing, perhaps Jackson should consider requiring a password for this place and only accept members who are personally vouched for by other members or who are known to be legit. Or start a separate section that is password protected. Sweetdixiemafia requires it for the gentlemen's forum and I understand it has worked relatively well albeit with a few snags that were nothing more than a nuisance imho. I think I know at least one other trusted member who could vouch for me. Even if not, the time that I have been on here and my past posts (most of them quality) should be sufficent to pass the litmus test.
