I prefer the proportional myself. Basic rules, I guess is keep your eyes peeled on the sites. Last 6 months or so there have been 3 (I think), two black, one white, who've been in town for a while. They were each 5' or less. Not sure if that is what you're looking for in size. You can also do a nation wide search of ECCIE, etc. I've tried to search for 6'+ types (without heels) myself also.
