Not in Indy. Illegal here, although as I understand it, there may be nudity in Kokomo, IN. (About an hour or so North of Indy.)

"Public nudity
35-45-4-1.5 Sec. 1.5. (a) As used in this section, "nudity" has the meaning set forth in section 1(d) of this chapter.
(b) A person who knowingly or intentionally appears in a public
place in a state of nudity commits public nudity, a Class C misdemeanor.
(c) A person who knowingly or intentionally appears in a public place in a state of nudity with the intent to be seen by another person commits a Class B misdemeanor. However, the offense is a Class D felony if the person has a prior unrelated conviction under this subsection or under subsection (d)."

Section 1(d) says: "As used in this section, "nudity" means the showing of the human male or female genitals, pubic area, or buttocks with less than a fully opaque covering, the showing of the female breast with less than a fully opaque covering of any part of the nipple, or the showing of covered male genitals in a discernibly turgid state."

Thus, Indiana is officially a "pastie" state. Although, I have known many a dancer to "forget" her pasties.

It seems that "The Industrial Strip", a strip club in Hammond IN is fully nude. If you read the NW Indiana CTS theater thread on this forum you see that there is essentially an orgy going on most weekends. I don't know if there is a way around the law by saying that you are joining a private club and therefore not in a public place or what. I always thought that the differences were based on local ordinance and that some restrictions only applied to places that serve alcohol. CTS is a bookstore with a theater and I think that the Industrial Strip is BYO on the booze. Maybe it has more to do with local enforcement. I sure would like to see some of that action down this way. BTW, I have had bare nipples stuck in my mouth at more than one Indy strip club.

I always had my best experience at Dancers on the WestSide, and Babes on the East side. The trick to Dancers was to go during the week, usually on a Tuesday or Thursday night. Had some very good looking girls who would give something extra in the backroom for under $. For a period of about a year, I very seldom left unhappy. However, this did not apply on the weekend, when extras slowed down because the money was rolling in.

I like the white trash look and have had some luck at Silk n Lace as well.

For all nude, Id reccomend hitting up Cincy. Ive actually had some very happy trips to Rumours and Deja Vu (a chain, but worth it on the right night).

I tend to agree, local law enforcement has a lot to do with how uniformly the law is enforced. I think that cops are busy people and don't really have a lot of time to worry about Class B Misdemeanors. Unfortunately, the ABC cops don't seem to be so busy and they do worry about Class B Misdemeanors when they visit bars, taverns and saloons. Thus, clubs serving alcohol tend to get more attention in this regard than those who do not have liquor licenses.

I don't mind the white trash look either. But I was there on a Thursday night and was the "winner" of the free VIP dance. Not only was there no touching allowed either way, she actually told me that "touching myself" was public masturbation and I could be arrested for it. And some guy (the bouncer I guess) looked in the VIP room 3 or 4 times during the dance to check on things. Guess how many additional dances I bought. I guess I got what I paid for. That was a year or more ago. Haven't been back since. Wonder why? I guess it's a YMMV thing but it didn't look like anyone else was getting much action either.

Most of the girls in the Indy clubs wear the pasties, the owners/managers don't want the hassle of dealing with excise. I have hit just about every club in Indiana at one point or another, and have never seen a dancer outside Indy wearing pasties.

Nudity is a touchy issue (pardon the pun Regina's House of Dolls in Evansville goes back and forth on it, as do a couple other clubs in the state. Every few years, Regina's will open as a private club, no alcohol allowed, $5 "membership fee", and fully nude. This goes on for a while until the cops aren't paid off or the mayor needs some press, and the owners spend a night in jail. Club closes for a few weeks, and reopens as BYOB topless until they can get a new liquor license.

If you want guaranteed nude, try any neighboring state. Play Pen in Danville, IL, Deja Vu in Dayton or Louisville, or take your pick of many others.

There used to be full nude strip clubs in Evansville. They were no-alcohol bars with mandatory multi-dollar sodas. I don't know if they are still around, but they used to be there.

I've been doing the rounds of the Indy strip clubs for several years now. You never really know what you are going to find. If the girl has been there for awhile basically you know you aren't going to get much. If she's a newby or has been making the rounds of the clubs then things brighten considerably. I usually start with a few innocent questions of hobbies etc and then start making them more leading. They know and will respond likewise. I've gotten some good contacts and even some action in the clubs but it is spotty. Money helps but don't get drunk and start throwing it away.

After a friend of mine started working there, things got much friendlier. If the bouncers are looking in the VIP room now, it sounds as if things have changed. Thats a shame, the last time I was there I took a younger girl (giant rack) to the VIP room and she ended up maggaging me through my pants, putting a rubber on, and sitting in my lap riding me until I exploded. I got her number and never called (mistake on my part).

I got some action at the Garter once as well. Cost an extra $, but I was drunk and paid it. Actually, I paid the girl $100 and had to pay the bouncer $50. Even though I'd never pay that much while sober... it was worth every penny.

This is probably the bane of the monger existence when prices go sky high and opportunities go bottoming out, but I love it! Providers from across the country descend on Indy and you just have to know where to find them. They are not cheap, but sometimes, they are worth it. I am heading up to HH in Kokomo and I'll let you fellers know how it is. Me and my boys and my bank account are planning on having a great time! The last time I was there, I left with two numbers and a great time, if you know what I mean.

These recent reports show exactly why strippers/escorts/AMP's can charge the high rates that they do, ALOT of guys pay it! I'd like to see us all band together and never pay more than .5 to any gal for any service. But it won't happen. Even if those of us here on this board would do it, it's not enough. For every one of us, there's probably dozens more out there. Kinda like this current gas price situation, I drive like a grandma now, but 98% of everyone else drives like gas is free. As a whole, humans are quite stupid. Yes, that includes me.

...there are additional factors to consider. Time is money and there is a value to me for having someone who is attractive, accomodating, reliable enough that I can count on, able to drive to me, showing up in my neighborhood without her or her car or worse yet an entourage drawing attention like a neon sign as to what's going on, and arriving on time. Finding that right combination is like looking for a needle in hay stack, but it's out there, and when I find it I don't mind the premium. BTW my premium is still under $$$...usually $+ to $$+

To each his own, but for me it is fun to have to have that type of interaction on occasion. Lots of hands on variaty quickly.
