For a single provider with whom you have (or think you have) a special relationship, I don't think too many would find much fault with that. OTOH, wouldn't it be a pisser if you found out she provided the same level of service to others for less?

And, sadly, While you may get close, there isn't an exact science or mathematical formula that will sure strike everytime. Human beings are consistently inconsistent. I'll check forums, read reviews, or talk to mongers and find out my ATF is dishing out my special for 20.40. 60 less than what I'm paying, and while it does anger me I think its the art of the deal. There's many factors that can go into it, maybe if business is slow and they are desperate enough they'll offer more for less? I know a number of mongers use the play book "but this is all I have?" And they sometimes get lucky, and the lady goes "more next time" and maybe there's never a next time. LOL. Sometimes it's good business sense to charge less if it means gaining a regular. But now I'm just sitting here trying to get philosophical and dig into the mindset of someone who performs these acts for money. I once had an interesting conversation with an AMP gal who told me she once had a guy, who she told me was most likely a homeless man who tried to pay for a HJ using a roll of quarters. For some, it's an issue of fear and potentially getting busted one day by Uncle LEO. A few agencies that horde our info is a valid concern, especially when they get pinched. But ultimately, giving up PII is free. There's no membership fee, no obligation to supply work emails, none of that if one isn't comfortable. And there's plenty of agencies / providers that offer zero screening procedures.

GPS, on the other hand, can be a serious issue. It's one thing if you're tipping a provider (or SB) for a fantastic time and quite another for overpaying exorbitant prices when there's plenty of other talent to be had. When an 18 year-old SB fresh new to college offers herself for 600 / hour, I wish she comes up empty as it would be a valuable reminder to her that she's not a pro. She shouldn't get to charge those kind of prices and expect to live the high roller life just because she's 18 and has girl-next-door looks (not even model-grade, either). But all too often, guys think with their little head and fork over the benjamins. Like PII-sharing, it's each individual's choice whether they want to engage in this sort of encouragement or overpay an escort just because she's "touring" the area and has DD bolt-ons with a California tan. But it makes it difficult for those not made of money who can only afford the escape this hobby offers at set (or random) intervals.

If you come from money, great! I'm certainly not hurting any myself. At the same time, I also don't like to just throw that shit easily away by "making it rain" in order to make a statement or lavishly treat a woman for an average (or worse) time. Doing so makes them justify continued GPS behavior far more than giving up one's PII. That's not an opinion, that's fact.

Also, anyone engaging in any sort of PBM are the absolute worst. That's a practice that should automatically be grounds for ignoring ANY provider. I don't care if she looks like the second coming of Pamela Anderson or Jessica Alba, that shit is beyond stupid and frankly deserving of being scammed. I've done it myself when first starting out and quickly learned my lesson. Sometimes, we have to learn the hard way or pick up on it over time. Saying work harder makes no sense when you're willing to pay double the going rate for the same level for service. You have one mediocre to bad experience and yet you're willing to throw that kind of $ at that is a major issue. Money doesn't equate to value but hopefully expected value and I've been disappointed a lot lately. Giving away PI is bad enough but when you tell the rest of us to work harder I'm pretty certain the rest of us understand basic math. You're advocating and willing to pay at the level of two appointments at the going cost of one. You do that math elsewhere and it's almost three to one in some areas for the same level and quality of service. The problem is you're willing to pay for mediocre GPS when in reality the rest of us want the market to equal the demand.

But, if someone wants to pay top dollar, it's their $ and their right to spend it however they want. If they consistently do this, however, it's fair game for others to wonder whether that buyer lacks the skill or motivation to get the better price that can usually be found with a little comparison shopping and negotiation. And the bigger SMH (shaking my head or scratching my head, either one) moment is when they pay top dollar and still end up with a lemon.

I'm sure everyone has a story about when the price they paid for a good or service had little relationship to the quality and value received. This is more true in the hobby than in almost any other market since there are no consumer protection laws for pussy. This forum has seen plenty of posts about $400-500+ providers who were anything but elite. On a personal level, it wouldn't pinch my wallet to drop $1,000 for a session but why would I when I have confidence I can find excellent value for (much) less. Nor would it ever cross my mind to tell some poor schmuck who could only afford $500 that he should work harder. But that's just me.

Just wanted some advice / sounding board. I guess its not advisable to go to hotels during this period in the NOVA area. Because never know who stayed there and CDC guidelines say you have wipe everything first, and the sheets and pillow are suspect etc. I cannot host and sometimes feel jealous of those that can (they already had it good, now it gets million times better) and I guess SBs that can host are at a premium. But would love to hear what you think about hotels. I am also older so in the risk bracket.

Some providers (and SBs) offer incall in an apartment setting, but that's only as clean as their personal hygiene dictates, which could be better or worse than a hotel.

But, if you're in the higher risk bracket, there really isn't any scenario that's fully safe for you. It's a calculated crapshoot and you're the only one who can decide if it's worth rolling the dice. An important consideration is, of course, who is in your home or personal circle that might be exposed if you bring it back with you. Again, you're the only one who can decide, but you won't be deciding for yourself alone.
