I think what the discussion centered on was a visitor and wanting knowledge about the KOP area. Lots of posts on BP in the KOP area. Also, has been known that KOP area cops have run sting operations. So the caution was toward having a jaundiced eye at BP posts from KOP.

I'm sure many of these invite the TV News along as a way to sensationalize the issue and for its deterrence value.
