I wish you had read my post about this one and I must say, blame me for this one's attitude! I've said it before, she appears to need to make a connection, with and for me; that fortunately works. Never had any complaints about her performance, she brings tremendous excitement, energy, and talent when properly engaged. So I rather doubt that consensus is a viable approach.
