Racial profiling is a BIG part of it. Many people think Asian massage parlor = brothel. This is just not true. The people who have these opinions are ignorant and arguably racist.

But your post brings up a good point, that is: Is it the stance of the state governments to just tell alleged human traffickers, drug smugglers, racketeers, and other "dangerous persons" to stop trafficking humans, smuggling drugs, etc. And we'll not charge you? If these crimes are SO EGREGIOUS they are just going to let them go and get off? The answer is because this is NOT going on.

NMS has a big parking lot (just repaved yesterday) and street parking. What does that nosy old hag up the hill care who goes and gets a massage? She needs to mind her business.

I had never been there, so I took a drive by to see what the place was like. Yesterday was really nice outside and a LOT of people were hanging on the street. There was a lot of dudes hanging outside of the entrance. Is it always like that there?

I ended up going to NMS.

You have to determine the facts, and form your own opinion.

In summation of both spas: I have found both places to be neat and clean. I have not examined the shower areas of either place in depth, other than as I entered the room. Both seemed to be clean. Insofar as supposed shower room problems at NMS, I will state, as Postman has, the place is always clean. The Papsan is anal about cleanliness.

But the area is not bad, just finding a parking space. That's why I parked in the back, never had a problem.

Used to be the turnover and repeat visits of the girls from One was consistent to the point that they would tell me their schedule. Made good friends with a couple, Cherry and Kitty come to mind (I've got a 4 page email to Ski Boz that described what Kitty did to me one morning, LOL) , and they would do just as you ask. A soapy one, massage, tease and play for number 2. Both at standard rate, mind you. This was before the loophole was closed. The girls knew the money was great and readily came back to PVD regularly. DT is clean, quiet, not busy when I was there with easy parking. Kim was mamasan & friendly. Did not see any other staffers.

Apple was attractive, quiet and gave a pretty good TS with a fair body rub. She lacked a bit of energy, despite first client of the day and I would give an overall "fair" to the experience.

DT is a far cry from the very old days of Custom House in the downtown area, but good to have choices now again.
