It's used to block spam and unwanted texts. There is also a section where someone can "report" you to others. You can look up your number and see if anyone has either labeled it as spam or if someone wrote a comment about you.

I was dating a woman who warned me that my number had shown up on the app. It was from a provider who I had tried to contact 3 times in the course of a month who was advertising but never picked up. If no response use the texting app number and see what happens.

I know that ClubVIP only has one rate, but I know that CP and DS for sure have a GFE and GFE+ rate.
