Another non productive day scoping the Baltimore strolls. I decided to take another trip to Baltimore to scout out the SW strolls and my parking spots around 6 am. Within 3 blocks after entering Wilkens a BALTIMORE cop followed me down Wilkens and then turned off hoping to catch me doing something illegal.
