So I got in touch with Kat, everything was all set up, we agreed on price and seemed perfect. But then I sent her my address and then she had safety concerns because she grew up over and met some shady people working over here. So he had safety concerns, I told her I'm not those people and I have plenty of people who can vouch on what kinda person I am on both sides, and I have never complaint from anyone who came to see me here, and you are not dealing with the area, you are dealing with me as an individual. Unfortunately, she came at the same time this guy was fixing me roof in my room. I was able to convince to delay 20 minutes, so we were in a hurry and she also had something to do.
