In my experience the pics are accurate that you get through telegram.

But typically within the same city, they only work for one apartment. It's kind of an unwritten rule if you will.
Also, they don't stay loyal. The group that used to book for PD left and went to work for RL. And a few months ago they left RL and is back with PD. That was why for the longest time, PD only had 2 girls. Nowadays, they always have 3 girls now. This group of booking agents is pretty good.
There is really no reason to go through booking agents as they can change at anytime whereas the US bookers will always be the same. You are free to go to any apartment, but try to book through their US based bookers to build up loyalty. Similar concept as airline frequent miles. If you always book your flights based on who has the cheapest fare, you are not going to accumulate the miles as fast as you would if you just stick with one airline.
