It's full of WashU students, who live, shop and eat here. We have a variety of very good restaurants and even a couple of tattoo parlors.

I was at this place a couple of weeks ago and had an older, rather plumb lady who told me the shower was not working. Just like all the rest after that, with no HE. I can do DIY at home for free.
