I can't find them now, so I'm guessing they've been taken down. There were some pictures and a phone number listed posted with this "warning", but I didn't recognize either. If the police actually did get her pone and were investigating her saved numbers, I seriously doubt they would send out warning messages.

Also, from a legal point of view, police can't (legally) just go searching through someone's phone (even if that person has been arrested) without a warrant.
