I stopped by here on a Saturday Night at around 8:30 PM. I was looking at some other places but by the time I got there it was closed. Been primarily hitting up lakeshore since they are pretty consistent. Have seen mia, ysa and cindy all of which have been reported about here before except maybe cindy. It's possible the guy fessed up or was ratted on by the provider. Possibly had real evidence such as a used hat with his signature inside. Who Knows, but what a waste of the tax payers money.

Given that the police probably weren't in the room when the negotiations went down, it might be challenging to prove:

So, they might have caught him banging the girl, how do they prove there was any exchange of money or other consideration?

In California it does not mean this. An attempt to engage in prostitution can get you a prostitution conviction.

An attempt to engage in prostitution is probably going to be solicitation or Agreeing to engage in an act of prostitution.
