Fotoguy,
I can only think that if you mentioned intimacy and payment thereof and they found out, they'd ban you. Normally, they'd look the other way, but if some woman you chatted to on the site reported it, they'd have to act, since they wouldn't know whether she, or you were LE setting them up for a bust.
If, otoh, you never mention intimacy and money together, it's got me beat. I always take that sort of convo off site. In fact, I try to use that as something to entice the ladies to a m&g.

The server will detect you as a spammer / potential scammer. This is a common problem with all online dating sites, not just SD sites. They want to see customized / unique interactions with each person, otherwise they figure an ulterior motive. Sending out form letters will eventually get you banned.
Dating, fishing for SB's etc. Can be a lot of hard work.
Very odd. I don't think I would stop in the quest of finding out what they are talking about. They didn't say specifically what the violation was?
Not at all. Their first email was very general and all it said was I was using my account for commercial purposes. When I replied with a total denial of that, they simply told me that my account was unable to be restored, period. They haven't responded to my next reply which basically said that this was a terrible way to treat someone who's been a good customer for over 2 years.

They've also suspended my account at misstravel, which I only joined to look over the site. They're apparently banning me from SA and the sister sites, as I tried to make a new account under a different email addy and less than a day later, it was deleted due to "fraud".
Bottom line, be wary of doing business with SA and the sister sites, they'll suspend and delete your account and ban you even if you've been a member in good standing for a long while, all over accusations that are 100% false and without merit.

They usually just have a script of things to look for and actions to take. Engaging their brain, really reading the content in question, etc. Is not in their job description and the level of effort that goes into what they do is commensurate with what they are paid.
So basically if they are told to look out for spammers, and the server sends them a notice / flag indicating a high number of duplicates, they will just look at it and go "yep that's a high number of duplicates, must be a spammer trying to sell something". They won't bother trying to investigate what it is you might actually be trying to sell, they only can identify that their system is being gamed a bit.
In a way that's good, because it works both ways. It also prevents the girls from sending out "highly optimized" form letters based on what they've found to be effective. It requires them to represent themselves honestly rather than just use some text they hijacked from elsewhere. It's a very long standing problem in online dating websites.
Sending out the same text to multiple people is considered a "marketing blast" in Internet related industries, regardless of what's contained in it, so for that reason it might have violated their policy on commercial activity. Ok, so you were only marketing your penis, but some underpaid task-based worker in Asia isn't making enough bank to care about the reasons.

Is she saying not interested or what!
Whoa that would be a shocker.

This UTR (pictured) has been very persistent. But in a very nice way. I haven't had to go that route much lately (only twice so far this year). But she has me laughing. Also got a CL hit from a sweet looking 18 year old today. Need to do some more M&G's as the last two have not panned out so far.

Is she saying not interested or what!
So, are you using your real name, real photo or what? How did she I'd you? If she knows who you really are, without meeting you, face to face, you are not covering your tracks well enough.
If that's the case, I would be worried about how much your SO knows already.
Be worried!
I have see a few posts on the subject of marriage on here lately. So I thought I would put my two cents in.
1- there is no reason for a man to get married, financially it is one of the worst moves you can make. Generally speaking when you sign that contract (it is a contract, legally binding you to another person) you are responsible for the other person. Meaning, they are entitled to half of everything you have.
2- if you want you can live together, just be careful in some states. So it is like you are married without the contract. Plus, if you break up, you take your stuff, they take there's.
3- alimony, you are literally paying your ex not to be your wife, a judge decided what you pay and can put you in jail if you don't pay.
You work hard, take care of your family. Your loving wife decides she no longer likes you. So now you have to give her half to 2/3's your income, till she gets married again.
Worked 8 hours and saw my ATF for four hours, and Stilll managed to start talking to this POT before I crash for the night. 4'11" about 105.

Also for anyone who does want to get married at some point in the future, consider buying real estate before you get married. In some states assets you acquired prior to marriage are not handled the same way as assets acquired after the rings are on the fingers. Then, put a priority on aggressively paying down the principal of any loans on the property. There is no general agreement on whether it's better to pay down a mortgage quick versus the higher returns of the stock market, but when you figure the stock market has historically averaged around 7. 5% overall, then you have to pay capital gains tax, THEN combine that with the risk of you've got to get mama's signature on every freaking document that involves your retirement funds (muddy waters between money you put in before you met her versus the half she thinks she owns), rapid mortgage pay down on a home that's all yours is a really good strategy for someone that doesn't like to be a chump, and that's not even taking into consideration the ups and downs of the stock market that may make liquidity of the funds impossible if you do need them. With home equity you can always borrow against it at rates much lower than those "iffy" stock market returns.

Kudos to you Sir.
