Cha Cha here wanting to start off this reply with a sincere apology about the location and smokiness of the room. I would like to explain that in this particular situation the friend that the OP is referring to was the second customer I had ever seen, as I have not been in the hobby for very long, and that I was being advised and guided by another provider that posts on here.
