If you do want to partake, action tends to pick up around midnight on any given day. Friday and Saturday seem to be the busiest, but it is also when uncle LEO tends to visit the most.

Most girls want $ for subpar service or. 6 for an oral exam (that they want to end in 30 sec).

It use to be busy after midnight but for the last month or so it usually doesn't pick up until after 2 but even then it's pretty empty. I pass on most of the girls there but the few I have picked up have all wanted $ or more. Some will take. 8 but are subpar and will try to rush. Also lately I've had a few guys follow me to try to watch when I did pick a girl up, even when I left the area. Apparently the new time is midnight. I've seen girls show up sooner but they all bust out at midnight. Go to fig if you can't stay out late.
