I saw Jane several times after she first came on the scene. She was always fun, but you know how it is. It rarely gets better and often just gets worse. Even the seemingly good and intelligent ones don't seem to grasp the concept of delighting the customer. And I invariably just stop repeating.

Communication with her was always a bit of a challenge. She'll send a barrage of texts then go silent. Scheduling things was rather difficult, but I eventually managed.
