IMO that discussion is perfectly within the board's rules and we (as members) can determine its validity based upon our own criteria (not yours). Sadly so many providers seem to be charging more for outcalls lately (which I get-they have to get ready, pack, drive, etc. Rather than just wait at their incall for our call and knock) that the combined price of a room, and their extra fee, it became foolish to continue the practice. First of all, where did you see me post that I was leaving? Let's get that out of the way. I have been here longer than most, and I'll be around when a lot of you are gone. But why should you bother with real facts when inventing something is so much more fun, right?

And secondly, while I'm correcting your "facts", let's discuss my "high post count". I have 201 (plus this will make 202) posts. True. However, what you're forgetting is to take into account HOW LONG I have been around. If you check my profile, I have been around since March of 2004. Yup, that's right. It took me about 8 1/2 YEARS to post 202 times. That averages to under 25 posts PER YEAR. (average 1 every 2 weeks) Yeah. I'm sure that's a sign that I'm addicted to the board.

You on the other hand, have been posting since June of this year. 3 months. 50 posts. That's over a post every other day.

I'd take apart the "high post count" comment in detail, but it looks like someone already took care of that. Also, if you really think that board turnover is healthy for a hobby like this, you haven't been paying attention for long enough. The guys with more experience than me have saved me *countless* dollars and hours, and I've been doing this for a fairly long time. If you don't think that'll hold true for you, then please, by all means, ignore posts from those guys in these threads, but please, don't subject the rest of us to this sort of thing. And why could you not just post the info in the open for all to see? Or are you trying to hurt Alexandria513 on this forum and to scare away new cleints? Alexandria513 has been on USA for several months posting ads and comments and no one has anything bad to say about her.

After a year or more of watching her ads, I finally got to meet HotSquirt today. I have called her a few times, but always on shorter notice than I should, and we never were able to connect. Today I had better timing. I called in the morning to schedule an afternoon meeting. She was available, told me a general location, and I called again when I got closer. No trouble finding her incall, which was a clean place in a decent area.

Oh yes, Phat you and I have met a few times over the years.

Both D-Nut and I predate Penny putting out her shingle, your opening of Indys, when Payton was Payton, not Summer Snow, back in the days when an hour with Candy Kemp was half of my house's electric bill.

Needless to say we've seen more guys and ladies come and go in the hobby than you could ever dream, so we have a different perspective on what its like for a lady in the hobby (something I would have thought you would have understood considering that you were married to Penelope).

One of the reasons that the large canine board died in Ohio was that it turned into a board that had more drama than useful info, with guys trying to shill for the older established ladies in order to help protect their "territory" from the newer, younger girls.

There is always a need for someone on any hobby board to act as a voice of reason, because as we both know there are plenty of strong and extremely weak egos among the guys in the hobby. Whether its the guy that gets his feelings hurt because a lady won't see him (remember the Fab4 are not the first group to work together) , the guy that falls for his ATF, or one that doesn't understand his job, car and where he lives doesn't matter to the girls since for them it's a job in a different world, we are guaranteed that at some point one of these extremes will try to proclaim himself king of the board.

And. Failing in that will attempt to use other handles to stir the pot in some other way.

Do the board a favour and let the drama die a natural death instead of trying to restart it all over again.
